I was recommended to try The Boiler Club when I was thinking of getting a new boiler. Great service from start to finish. Paul came round the same day to survey and quote, very professional, explained everything and we had the quote the same day. (Considerably less less than British Gas had quoted!) The boiler was installed a few days later by Ged and Chris two very pleasant guys who completed the job by 4.00 pm. Ged thoroughly explained how to use the boiler controls and Hive. The old boiler and all rubbish was removed and everywhere left clean and tidy on completion. Paul called us in the evening to check we were happy with the installation. I would 100% recommend this company.

Paul dealt with us from start to finish. He came out on the same day to quote and discuss. Everything was made very clear.

Once we agreed to go ahead within four days two very professional plumbers turned up to fit our boiler. I was surprised how clean and tidy they were.

What a fantastic company! Paul came to do a survey & price up for a replacement boiler.What I beleived to be a complicated job from what I had been told by other engineers from other boiler companies turned out to be a straight forward job. Paul explained everything ( Paul obviously knows his job). The quote was excellent £1500 less than other companies. Fitting day arrived. The engineers arrived early & got straight on with the job. I never had to check on them all day. They were polite, respectful & very hard working & a credit to boiler club. The kitchen was spotless when they finished the job. Once completed I was shown how to use the boiler. A fantastic company and employees who respect their customers. Please do not have any doubts about boiler club! Absolutly brilliant.

From the first phonecall ( to book an appointment for a quote) to the fitting of a new boiler and can not speak highly enough of this company. Phil was great and explained everything. Steve who fitted the boiler was professional, polite and a grafter. Arrived on time, cleaned up after installation and took away the old boiler.

Boiler changed over with no problems New boiler fitted old boiler and rubbish removed. Engineers worked hard and were tidy with covers over the carpet. I would recommend this company. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Definitely one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with. Right from the initial consultation/quote to the actual hands-on work that the 2 engineers carried out to such a high standard. It was a really difficult job as a large amount of my pipework had to be replaced - much of which was under floorboards. However I can't speak highly enough of the 2 engineers in terms of their speed, quality & pride of work, and how tidy and courteous they both were throughout the 2 day job. Fantastic service and would happily recommend.

Had a replacement boiler from The Boiler Club. Everything when great with minimal fuss. The Worcester boiler is great and the company were first class. Would recommend to anyone.

Moved in to a new house with defunct boiler and no hot water/ heating. Was able to get a quick quotation and good price to completely outfit the whole house. Felt well informed and given a range of options to choose from.
The work was done the very next week and the guys were very professional. They did some long days but were always friendly and approachable, leaving everything tidy. There was minimal disruption and everything was fitted and cleaned up as best it could be.

I have no reservations about recommending The Boiler Club. Excellent from start to finish. Paul did the initial survey and explained everything and I didn’t need to ask for any clarification. Very professional and received a quote within two days. John and Ged came on Spring Bank Holiday Monday and were very approachable and worked very hard from initial arrival at 8:00am until at least 5:00pm. I have never experienced such pleasant workmen and before leaving each day swept up and left everything tidy.
They moved furniture, carpets and floorboards as needed and it was a complete new boiler and system.
All carpets were covered and warning signs erected at the top and bottom of the stairs as some of the floorboards were taken up.

6 days after buying my first home my boiler packed up. I had quotes of British Gas/ EON and they were wanting to charge me nearly £5,000! My partner found the boiler club on the internet and we read the wonderful reviews from the customers. We are so glad we found this wonderful company. Paul came round to give us a quote within an hour, he was very professional and approachable. He found me the best deal and I found that he was not trying to sting me with money. Ged and John carried out the job. They were very friendly and reliable. They worked very hard and did a fantastic job and answered any queries I had. Excellent professional service from an initial visit by Paul to the completion of a new boiler installation. Our questions were fully explained and the fitters completed a thorough job. They arrived on time and the whole work was completed in 2 days which included reconfiguring pipes and moving a hand basin. We would recommend the Boiler Club without hesitation.
