Great boots and SO comfy and stylish.

Had to return a pair of boots as found to be too tight, excellent help and advise from staff, was offered a exchange or refund, overall an easy process, will defently buy from The Boot Company again

Excellent customer service! I was struggling between two sizes and contacted the company for advice on a few occasions. Very prompt responses and great advice given! Would highly recommend this company!

Order confirmed on 30/10/2023. Not having received it in nearly 2 weeks I sent an email on the 11/11/2023; "Hi There, Can you check the above order for me as its almost 2 weeks now and you haven't even posted it yet. Regards .....".
I tried their chat app on their website but peculiarly that appeared to be unmanned, as again no response was had.
It felt really strange as this Company enjoys a very high score on Trustpilot but you hear stories that some companies find ways to cheat the system to award themselves high ratings.
However, I sent a follow up email 5 days later on 16/11/2023 with a simple short message "Sent again, please respond!". Yet again, no response whatsoever.
On the verge of asking PayPal for a refund, I got their phone number and finally had someone to engage with me regarding my order.
Sadly, the 'gentleman' rather than come clean as to what the problem was, felt compelled to relay some fantasy to me that I had been contacted to advise me of a delay in fulfilling my order and that I had agreed to that delay. Magically, he went on to inform me, 'my order was going out this very day but if I hadn't received an email advising me so by 16:00 hrs, please get back in touch'!
No email had been sent as per usual but the order arrived yesterday ( 18/11/2023 ).
The Brand Dr Martens is brilliant and luckily I can source their products from numerous places but needless to say it certainly won't be from this supplier.
I suggest, rather than engage in a lottery with your custom, all of you do the same.

Excellent service unfortunately the shoes were too small. Returning them was no problem and it only took a few days to receive a full refund.

I rue the day my last pair of patent blue shoes gave up the ghost and have missed them so much I couldn’t resist this, esp with the discount.
I’m so happy to finally have a pair of patent blue DM’s! They’re going to be my go to boot!
Fit:- I’m a true size 5 (slim foot and ankle) and they fit perfectly.
The leather on the top of the foot at the bottom of the laces is quite stiff so will take some gentle ‘breaking in’ over time, but seeing as they’re made to last, I’m sure they’ll soon give and mold to my step.

Sent my Vivobarefoot boots in for repair and had a bit of a hiatus with getting them back, however Tom was very on the ball with communicating the problem and finding a solution. The response was quick and polite and despite the problem encountered, I will use them again as the workmanship is fantastic and customer service response excellent. I wish there were more companies that took this much care in their work. Keep up the good work!
