Absolutely amazing! I sold my car via Motorway.com to these guys and they were brilliant from start to end. Graham, who came to pick up the car was such a gent and so not your typical car sales person. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Would 100% use these guys again!

The guys and women at the Professional Car Agent are very helpful and welcoming. Happy to help any way they can. Have great deals and top quality cars. They are first class with helping if you have any issues or worries. Myself and partner have a car with this company and will most definitely be returning when the upgrade is upon us. Highly recommend if you are looking to buy a new vehicle.

I felt completely at ease buying my first car on finance. I was anxious about the process, however was reassured and was given non-bias information which helped me to make my decision. I didn’t feel pressured when test driving and deciding which vehicle to purchase, and felt able to take my time which was really important to me.

I would 100% use The Professional Car Agent again in the future, and have already recommended them to several people.

So far iv had a really good experience with the professional car agents. Really friendly and helpful team. Touch wood, iv had no problems with the car, so haven't had to use the warranty cover, so cant comment on that. The car came with 12 months mot, no advisories, and serviced. It was also valeted, so it was nice and clean. There was a slight problem with the fuel tank cap at first. Some safety plastic was pushed down and stopping me fuelling the car. They said they would sort it, but i knew how to sort it after looking the problem up, and solved the problem myself using a make shift clip thing, so wasn't worth them dealing with. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Im normally really uncomfortable around people i don't know, James was brilliant. I would highly recommend this company, and would definitely go back to them. Im sure each person has there own experience and opinions on them, but mine, its been really good. Thank you James and the team. :)

This was my second visit to the company, the first time the car wasn't for me but saw 2 more on Facebook I fancied, on arrival there was no hard sell, was told anything I wanted to just shout, no problem taking both cars for a test drive, also they sorted my private plate for me so when I picked the car up it already had plates on.

Brilliant service from Dean! Sorts everything out before you leave and answers all questions. Makes sure your happy with the car and explains all the documents.

As a previous customer of The Professional Car Agent it made total sense to check them out while I was looking to replace my ageing Audi A3, which I purchased from these guys 6 years ago. A vast array of makes and models, presented in great condition. Friendly sales staff, Dean was great and Darren even remembered me and my wife from our previous purchases. Test drives were easily arranged and did not feel under pressure to buy, but with a stunning Skodia Octavia VRS on offer how could I refuse. Fantastic level of service provided, all aspects of the sale fully explained. Full MOT with no advisories, full service and any niggles I picked up with the car sorted out. Pick up day was made to feel like a special occasion and the car was beautifully turned out and ready to go.

A fantastic, first class and thoroughly professional outfit with friendly staff and owners. They say you never forget your first time, but I will certainly remember my second purchase from Devon's best. Thanks to you all.

Having gone to multiple car sales to look for a car I was always drawn back to the professional car agent. Dean helped me with any enquiry I had and nothing was too much trouble. The customer care is amazing and there is no pushiness to purchase a car like I had experienced elsewhere. After months of looking and coming back to the car agent I am more than impressed with the standard my new Audi a3 was handed to me in and any questions I had were answered. Couldn’t recommend the car agent and especially dean enough.
