So I brought the Fiesta ST-2 and the experience from beginning to end was the best customer service you’d want. This was the first time I’ve ever brought directly from a dealership and I’ve got no complaints, communication’s great and nothing’s ever too much. If you’re thinking about getting a car, you should probably but this company’s postcode in your satnav. A massive thank you to James who was also my salesman, very friendly and helpful throughout.

I brought a beautiful corsa vxr a couple of weeks ago. It was love at first sight. I got in contact and then got put through to Dean who was so helpful the entire way through the purchase. I then have taken it back to the service department as I could smell burning and Graham was super helpful aswell and got me in straight away to have it checked out. It was my first time car shopping at the professional car agent and hopefully won't be my last. I really do recommend highly. Great team and great experience. Thankyou

Came across PROFESSIONAL CAR AGENT on the internet whilst searching for a suitable car. And indeed they are very professional, polite, friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Dean who looked after us , and had everything prepared and ready when he said he would. Of course the other members of staff were very pleasant too. It was my first time visiting the Professional Car Agents, first of all I dealt with Dean which was a pleasure, he was professional and understanding at all times, I took the car for a test drive and went off to think about it. During the whole process of buying the car the communication and aftercare is second to none, no hard selling at all, it was all down to me at my own pace, Dean was absolutely amazing to deal with from start to finish and cannot thank him enough and would recommend him to absolutely anyone!!!
After I bought the car I was amazed with the aftercare, nothing was too much trouble for them and any request I asked them for was no issue, Wayne who I dealt with was amazing!! Throughout the whole aftercare he would call me and let me know exactly what was going on and was fully understanding of all the small requests I had.
Over all what an amazing company and people, always welcoming and accommodating and would recommend them to anyone that is thinking of getting a car!!!

I cannot fault the Professional Car Agent. I came in on a random day, told them what I was looking for (I was very picky) and left it up to them. They kept me updated daily searching for the car I wanted & made the process as easy as possible for me. There was no pushy sales techniques & for the first time EVER I felt comfortable attending a car agents/dealership/garage alone - even after test driving 2 cars that weren't for me. They are such a great bunch in there, I can honestly say they have found a customer for life... along with all the other people I have recommended them too.
