Fantastic experience and would rate it 10 out of 10
I think the best part of my study journey was the easy access to learning and the practical applications of the course. All the materials provided by the academy were excellent, helpful, and easy to follow.
The staff and tutors were wonderful and always willing to discuss any questions or situations with students. Their support and encouragement made a big difference throughout my studies. The tutors' comments and feedback always gave me confidence and motivation to do well in my assessments.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would rate it 10 out of 10. I am very grateful for the support and guidance I received during my learning journey.

I've just applied for a medical receptionist course through The Career Academy and I've found my first initial discussion was so positive, helpful and very encouraging. Support person I spoke too was so energetic and made me feel I can do this even at my age. I may not get a job in this profession, I'm going to enjoy this course as it will be a course that I'm going to actually finish and feel like I've done something so outrageous in my lifetime. So thank you for encouraging me to go forth. Applying was so formative spoken by the support worker, he explained everything so simple that even I understood what he explained the course to straight away instead it being above my head so to speak. Staff have been terrific as I've answered above and having a staff member call me was very encouraging, even though I had to cut it short as I was working at the time. Thank you all so much

Dog Behavioural Course

If you are curious about Dogs, and wanting the best for them and their owner then this course is for you.
ANCA6004 - Certificate in Dog Psychology, Behaviour & Training. If you are curious about Dog psychology and loving them to their fullest this is a valuable course.
I am going through a career shift and combining my studies of Bach of Psych Science with Animal Psych, behaviour and training. It is amazing how exact psych theory of conditioning are used in both humans and animals/dogs.
This course is easy to navigate, the platform make it a pleasant experience once you get familiar, the quizzes support the content reinforcing the learning. There are 3 video/short course by Sarah Whitehead as an added bonus, these are valuable in themselves. There are two primary MCQ, SAQ, LAQ requiring research which again was valuable to reinforce learning.
The research was a great process and I found so many valuable resources that are all now bookmarked.
The course took me a month or so to complete while working and studying uni.
I am grateful that my Tutor Rachael Hawkins Pet and Animal Care Tutor sharing amazing resource links with my assessment feedback. Both assessments had through feedback, reflection, comment and supporting encouragement and only took a few days to have marked. Far quicker than I expected.
The course has reaffirmed that I am on the right path in my new career path.
It is amazing to learn how an animal can be domesticated so quickly. In return can see how humans can create chaos in animals through lack of training and supported domestication. Our pets are a product of our environment after all and we do a disservice to them by not training them.

They do state in very small print, very very small print ... Not ALL people read small print, I do. Many do not, hence the review, so that people are AWARE in large print.
