Fraud. I ordered and paid for almost 2 months ago, but havent received my Shin Pads. Doesnt answer my emails.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. ALSO TRADES AS CSP,TCP AND TH ABOVE NAME.THE OWNER IS LUKE DAVIES IF THAT IS EVEN HIS NAME.
I ordered some shin pads recently, in November 24 ,I got an email thanking me for my order,and would let me know when it was shipped,and have not heard anything .I emailed Luke to ask him about my order a number of times,eventually asking for a refund, and been completely ignored.I noticed he was trading on ETSY,so with me having an account on there I tried to contact him on there, He has blocked my messages on there, after my first msg,that he totally ignored.So I have reported his shop to Etsy,so no-one else falls prey, to this SCAM Shop.So please avoid, if you want to lose your money.

Don’t order
Order some shin pads and they sent completely the wrong ones to what I ordered. They haven’t replied to any emails , messages ,instagram , TikTok
They have 0 customer service and doubt I will get the correct product or refund

If i could rate them 0 stars i would. DO NOT order from this website.
1. I ordered custom shin pads in white & black. They sent me shin pads in different shades of Blue.
2. I contacted them on instagram, tiktok and through email for several days, i never got a reply so thats a 0 on customer service.
3. Quality is not how i expected. 0 on everything and i won't even try to contact them for a refund since i know they won't answer.

I ordered a pair of shin pads for my son . Never arrived . Told me it had been sent back . Which is a lie . No refund either . Trying to contact them and had no response. Rubbish company . Proper SCAM

I liked the experience and the cases were amazing and I liked it

I would give them zero if I could. Ordered case in 15th May and I’ve still not received it. I have emailed them several times and they don’t reply. Just a con, steer clear.

If I could give them a zero I would. Case ordered in December and still hasn’t arrived. Waited patiently then contacted. No case no refund bad customer service. Delivery time is ridiculous when you can source the same case on eBay !

DO NOT FALL FOR THE OFFER OF A FREE CASE
Ordered a case in October left it a few weeks and still didn’t receive so i emailed in November to which they replied to say it had now coincidently been dispatched. Nearly 3 months later I haven't received it.
Awful experience

I ordered a phone case on august the 10th , still waiting, I have asked for a refund but they answer with lost in shipment will resend order, they ignore you . It’s disgusting they take peoples money and when you ask where the goods are they deliberately ignore you

Emailed to chase my order placed in August now October. No reply to any emails or online message. Really disappointed as a gift for my son. Don’t know how else to get hold of them if anyone can help please?

Place order on 14 th July, now 20th Sept and still no order. I was told i had to wait 50 days (now on day 67) and nothing. No reply from emails sent to them for full refund. Avoid ordering from this company. Terrible customer service.

Ordered with them 2 times. Paid premium postage. £28 for each case.

1st arrived after 1 week. Son loved it.
Upgraded phone and thought use again.
1month later still no case. no response. no way of contacting on your terms. just leave message and hope for best. Terrible service and never use again. Want my money or the product now please

This is was my second purchase with this company. I ordered a case for my daughter’s birthday. It did take quite a while to come and when it arrived it was split right down the middle. I sent an email with a photo to them requesting a refund to which they replied straight away saying that they refund me and also they wished to replace the case free of charge. I thanked them for this very kind offer and would look forward to receiving it. Four weeks later no sign of either the refund nor the case so an email was sent to them asking for an update. I was told that my order was on its way but because I was getting a replacement I would not be getting a refund? I did refer them to their original email regarding the refund and free replacement to which I received a very curt reply to say no refund would be given! This was over three weeks ago and still no case! I will not be using this company again as their customer service is terrible and it’s quite unreasonable to be waiting for a phone case that was originally ordered on 22 May! It’s also quite amusing that the reviews on their website are only the 5 star ones!!!!

Took my money and never sent the case

Ordered in June still not arrived. Messaged number of times got no reply. Got email 5 July saying order be with me soon royal mail.

Ordered a case in February, it’s now June and it still hasn’t arrived! Tried calling, emailing, Facebook messenger, Instagram message, online chat, and CANNOT get a reply! Will be reporting to my credit card company as a scam. If anyone from case people do see this, it’s order number #10160

Ordered a case with specific details, arrived incorrect. Emailed Luke and was told by him the correct one would be sent out first class on Tuesday after May bank holiday. Been over a week later and still not received what I ordered and paid for. Sent two emails chasing and no reply! I think they don’t have enough resources to cope with demand and any subsequent customer service issues, which is a shame as my son liked the product but just wanted what he asked for. Will keep emailing so I have a record and can do a charge back from my card. It’s annoying as I would have recommended this company to many friends and family but customer service is poorly managed and product was not what we paid or asked for. If you’re reading this Luke, kindly reply to my emails! Thanks, Mia
