Extremely satisfied by the excellent service provided by this company. The website is easy to navigate and the range of products on offer is very good. The order process is also easy and, once an order is placed, the communication regarding delivery is outstanding. It's great that you are given a time slot for the delivery. This enables you to get on with things rather than sit in all day wondering when the delivery will turn up. The discount points are an additional bonus too...
The choice of courier (DPD) is sound. We are very fortunate to have an extremely helpful young man deliver to us who will drop the delivery into our hall. No mean feet when you've just had 50kgs of suet arrive!

This is my first time ordering from Croston Corn Mill and I have been delighted with my experience - from the ease of online ordering, to receiving an e-mail and text of order acknowledgement and then a further text with a 1 hour time slot for delivery the day after ordering. This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with - both in my domestic life & also as a business-owner; I regularly place orders, they are always shipped within a few hours & they always deliver on time - next-day service. Their prices are good too - I know this as I regularly shop-around to ensure I am getting the best deal for dried-mealworms & suet products for my wild birds (who eat an enormous amount !) I always prefer to deal with 'smaller' or family-run companies, as they usually give the best service. I do not usually provide review - no time - but Croston Corn Mill is a quite exceptional company - a big thank you to them !!

I have used Croston Corn Mill a number of times over the last couple of years, and I have now set-up an account to simplify ordering. The website is easy to use, service and products are good, and their concept of standard package size/weight for delivery a good idea. They use DPD who give you a one hour delivery timeslot. On the only occasion I had to phone them with a query the staff were extremely helpful and quickly supplied the answer. P.S. the birds like their products!

We have been buying from Croxton nearly a year. The product qualities are first class, but the speed and efficiency of their service is exemplary - a glowing example to lesser traders as to how it should be done.

Have been using Croston Corn Mill for a number of years now. The Sunflower hearts ,Mealworms and Peanuts are very good quality and overall service is excellent. One problem the birds and hedgehogs love the food so it doesn't last long.

Don't go anywhere else now. Birds love the food I love the service. It's half the price of my local garden centre and a lot fresher. The birds in my garden have more than doubled since I have been using Croston Mill and it all gets eaten. I order the seed one day and it arrives the next what more could I ask for. Thank you Croston Mill for a hassle free service.

I am a new customer,I ordered sunflower hearts in the morning received the order the following afternoon, service excellent,also the condition of the Sunflower hearts was also excellent,I shall be using Crostons in the future for all my Wild Bird requirements, well done very efficient.

I have been buying bird food from Croston (mostly sunflower hearts and dried mealworms) for a few years now. The birds like the food and I like the prices and the service.
Today I had a delivery that was missing one item, but less than 30 minutes after reporting it (by e-mail) I had a reply saying I would get the item tomorrow - I can't expect anything better than that!

Their product is excellent - attracts all sorts of birds (we had only ever seen two goldfinches together before - now see eight together regularly) - the price is very good and the delivery is first class.

This was my 2nd order. Top quality product and next day delivery. In the last 6 months, my garden has been visited by a huge variety of birds, previously never seen when using 'cheap' (but more expensive) alternatives. My local pet store charges £1 a lb, which is twice the Croston price. There is no mess or waste. Ground feeders hoover up anything dropped by the messy goldfinches!! I will never use any other supplier for my bird seed. Croston are, without doubt, the best around.
