FRAUD. I wish I checked reviews before placing an order. No response on mail as well. Its been 17days since I placed an order. Please don't trust this website and lose ypur hard earned money.

I placed an order for a baseball cap on April 24, 2026, on thecraze.in and paid in advance. Soon after, I was informed that the product was unavailable and was asked to choose an alternative. I selected another item immediately.

Since then, the order status has been stuck at “We’re preparing these items for shipping” for over a month, and I still haven’t received my order. I have tried contacting them multiple times via email, but all I get are repetitive automated responses saying the product is in the process of shipping.

There is no proper customer support, no clear communication, and no resolution even after several weeks. This has been extremely frustrating.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this website. The service is highly unprofessional and unreliable. These people are scammers!

Fake website, no product received, no update, no shipping updates. No reply from customer service

This is a scam website. I ordered sunglasses over a month ago, not delivered. Tried contacting them, no response. Please do not order from this site.

Yes there was a delay but the parcel was delivered. The problem is that they don’t have a Whatspp or some messaging facility on their website. And the parcels take forever to deliver. You feel that you have been scammed but at the end my parcel did arrive.
They are Not scammers but lazy.

This so called The CRAZE.in is fraud organization and and surviving on cheating people. It is my humble request to everyone not to go with this online fraud marketing team. I have decided to take necessary legal assistance to trace them and take the appropriate legal steps to penalize so that atleast no one in future should get cheated by such organisations. Never mind spending time and funds to trace these people out

This is a group of cheaters. I have not received my order since months of reminders and mails. Be aware of such fraud site sites. They are not responding.

For all the disappointed good citizens of India. The main scam is No contact Number, No physical presence of warehouse in Chennai. The company website is hosted by an European Web hosting company. Just stop wasting your energy and search for other good ones. One in 100 may get a response. Let's be wise..

This company is a fraud and they don't deliver your products and never respond back from their online customer service.

Would rate it zero stars! Haven’t recieved the products I ordered , I’m thinking of complaining to consumer court as now I’m seeing multiple similar complaints. No response from them either though I’ve tried communicating through various ways

Scam company.i placed order by 22nd Feb for a sling bag and paid 1500 and they mentioned delivery by 15th march.after 16th March I mail them 6 times and till now no communication or mail from them . It means the company is scam and cheat costumers after they pay .my order no is CRIN44671

A fraud scam company who is only determine there to take other people's money and no justice shown. no customer service, no refund, no customer care contact, no calls to make and no email goes to that ID. How come a government let these kind of scam ecommerce to open a holding and sell scam products so appalling the situation is.Can I give -0- for reviews for these kind if fraudsters sad people.

Fraud website. They didnt deliver the order. For some days they update that shipping is delayed. But after somedays no response.

The worst site ever
I've placed an order on 13th jan and it's been 45 days, the prepaid order is not yet delivered and the craze team barely responds, there is no helpline no to call up, mails, messages on their 'contact us' page, fb messages are never responded.
These are fraudsters don't order from these scammers.
