Bought a toy for my son. They are horrible and don’t reply back. They are a fraud company.

The craze.in site is all about fake. My order till not delivered. Please be carefully from such hopeless team craze.in

I had ordered a dough cutter and had paid for it. Was promised delivery within 10 days. It's past two months. No delivery yet. I trusted the site but discovered they are a hoax.
Do not make the mistake of ordering anything with them.
They are cheats. How to get Cyber Crime Cell to look into this company? Can trustpilot.com do anything to help before more and more unwitting customers are trapped?

The site totally fake , if you pay first you are in trouble because this site never delivered yours product, so be careful

Horrible horrible website they don’t reply back to any of your mails messages and the best part they don’t even have a phone no on the website or anywhere else , horrible think a thousand times before you order you’ll only feel helpless later on

I had placed order with Craze.in on Aug 17. It is almost 2 months but till date I have not received my order. Such a fraud fake website that they don't give you Cash on delivery option also as they can't loot people then. Also, never reply to your complaints.

The site and tracking showed unavailable on what I ordered.I have reported that to cyber crime cell

Craze.in and Bling Queen are 2 concerns and I have the same complaints about both- Bling Queen and its sister concern Craze .in...both are under Glocom Tech and Glocom Imports based in Perumbakkam,Chennai.
Its 2 months now and no resolution...only emails saying customs delay.
And sometimes the reply is ...Its in transit.
But tracking details are not shared despite reminders.
Their websites have doctored 4 and 5 star reviews put by them...theres no option for anyone to post reviews...
As I have observed, both these companies have cheated a number of customers..

Calls are not answered. And after repeated reminders, false reassurance about customs delay..
They then assert that it is in transit but total silence about a Tracking No.
I sent 2 reminders about a refund but reply was they are unable to intercept a parcel in transit. What has that got to do with refund?.
So now I suggest we all do the following.
Register our grievance on the
National consumer helpline websites or call 1915
And on cybercrime website..and
edaakhil website..the district consumer forum.With proof and screenshot of payments.
And apply to your bank or UPI via complaints forum for reversal of payments under new RBI rules for non delivery and unfair trade practices.

Their website is live and they keep advertising about sales and discounts etc...Fraudulent ads.. which should be reported.

This company is nothing short of a fraud. Their customer service is absolutely terrible – no one responds to emails, calls, or complaints, and when they do, they give vague excuses instead of solving the problem. The delivery service is equally pathetic; orders are delayed endlessly, and in many cases, items never arrive at all.

They lure customers in with false promises and then completely fail to deliver on their commitments. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company and save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and lost money.

If you value your hard-earned money and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs.

Its a scam! you will never get your products delivered after online pre-payment

No Customer support. No response from company.
No way to contact company. No refund process. Looks like a complete scam.

Never buy any products from Thecraze.You will not receive your product and your money will be lost.They are cheaters.I had ordered a trench coat worth Rs 4500/-, order no crin18600
But never received that coat.There is no customer support number.They do not respond to emails.There is no option to buy by cod.As such you are sure to be cheated by these fraudsters.

I don't want to give even 1 star as they are fraud.I ordered my product once more but not bought they immediately respond me for ordering.My product which I had already purchased has not been received since one month.

It's really embarrassing for me that I see such scams daily but still have become a part of this...paid 1000 rupees..I wish I have learnt a lesson with this...

These people are CHEATS.
Govt should take action against them and BAN them.

Why they don't have option for COD Payment ... because they don't have any product to supply.

After obtaining payment the CRAZE ( Glucon Imports P Ltd) has not delivered the item, till date.

I placed an order online with this company and paid via UPI. After the payment, I received no confirmation, no delivery instructions, and no updates at all. There is no customer support phone number available, and the only listed email address never responds. This appears to be a complete scam. Do not fall for it
