Ordered the Wrendale Coronation Mug. Lovely design exactly the same in real life as pictured on web page. Arrived super quickly in ‘bombproof’ packaging. Would have no hesitation in ordering from The Crock again

We always visit this shop when we are in the Cotswolds for long weekends. With its vast range of household products it is always a pleasure to have a look around when we stop off for lunch in Stow. This time we shopped on line for the first time has we wanted to purchase two new kitchen knives and have no plans to visit Stow in the next few months. When we contacted the Crock shop to enquire if they had the items in stock, they could not have been more helpful, found the requested items, explained how to use their website and even phoned to tell us it all went through ok.

Amazing Customer Service & Super Speedy Delivery!

Brilliant customer service........I emailed The Crock Ltd as after about 10 days I hadn’t received my goods. I got a prompt email back apologising and offering me free replacements as I was a new customer. It transpired that Royal Mail had delivered them to my neighbour who brought my parcel down to me the day before the replacements arrived!!

It’s been a while since I have been anything like this impressed with a shop, let alone a cooking/homeware/hardware shop, there was even a man cave of full of goodies downstairs. So refreshing to find owners that take such enormous pride and knowledge in their product range. It’s always nice to support local businesses but in this case it made no sense to go online, we bought a stunning Robert Welch knife set and Emma Bridgewater Crockery + man cave goodies for me ☺️ at equivalent or cheaper than anywhere online with the benefit of feeling the quality and ergonomics of the product with great advice and a freebie complementary gift with the knives….. Thank you !!!
