Easy to purchase online with the products being clearly described. Dispatch is fairly quick too.

Slow delivery haven't seen the goods yet after 3-4 weeks.

Not sure if they are under new ownership but I won't be dealing with them again.
Poor communication,delayed order I was waiting on urgently,I had to ring the manufacturer myself in the end to sort it out.

I ordered some boots and the box they came in is completely damaged and the boots have dirt on them! Seems like i got sent a used/ returned pair of boots?!

it took nearly three and a half weeks for my order to arrive two emails and two phone calls to sort it out.
The problem was they didn't have the item in stock, once they got it in the delivery from there was very quick

The order didn't arrive for about a month so had to make a query about that. The query was handled very efficiently however.
I found the website not always easy to navigate and wasn't sure why this time I had to order a minimum number of work gloves (10, I think) whereas previously I could order as many or few as I liked.

I had phoned the company to ask what a use by date was on a product that I wanted to buy in bulk and I never received a reply. I ended up buying the product anyway, and although the online site said the product was in stock, I then got an email saying it had to be sent from another store to the supply depot before being shipped. In short, the product took between three and four weeks to arrive!

Three other items ordered at the same time were dispatched very quickly and are great quality.

The product was easy to find, top online service with outstanding delivery time. Thank you Farm Store.

Extemely disappointed that it took close to 1 month to get some basic fencing equipment. I was under the impression "in stock" in your warehouse in Campbellfield actually meant in stock. Only to be told it would take 5 days to order from interstate. My order has come in 3 different shipments and taken 28 days! Will not recommend Farm Store, CRT just up the road have been much more helpful.

shouldn't have to wait 3weeks fo an item that is apparently in stock.

Although the farmstore have a good variety of products & accommodate zippay my recent order has/is all over the shop. 2 mth wait for my chicken coop & my other 3 products weren't sent I emailed & called asking about them. Unorganised & if i had known about the 2 mth delay i wouldnt have ordered. I may still purchase goods although customers should make enquiries first.

Delivery took far to long even though I paid for express post. I was refunded upon request however this could be improved. Great prices on products almost make up for delay in delivery. If this can be improved The Farmstore would be awesome.

I placed an order with them two months ago, which I paid for. After telling me that the item would be available two weeks ago, it was never shipped. I sent them two e-mails asking for an update on the status of the order and both were completely ignored with no response. I have now paid for an item which I have never received and nobody cares to help me. I don't live in Australia, but live in another country, so they just don't care. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.
