The Flights Fare 

I booked 4 tickets on line so everything seems fine and I received an e mail confirmation about 10 minutes later received a call stating they have only 2 seats for this period and if I want 4 seats I have to book for different days where I have to pay £150.00 difference for each ticket so I cancel my booking and bought from somewhere else.
see reviews before deciding buying your ticket which I did after i booked do not make same mistake as i did.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Booked a flight through their website was then promised a call back on 3 different occasions nothing. Finally spoke to Simon who claims to be the manager yet so un helpful and rude, told me my bank had declined the payment which was a lie, my bank hadn't done such thing, the company had made a mistake and tried to blame my bank. When I then asked to re book surprise surprise the price had gone up by £700 what a coincidence!! Simon wasn't even prepared to listen to what I had to say and came across very rude and un helpful. Would not recommend this company after how I was treated. I wouldn't book through them if it was £1000 cheaper!!

I accidentally got their company via Google search and a staff contacted with online chat. To be able to clearly know my request, she then phoned me. She is very friendly and helpful, finally she got me the flights I am happy with and send me the tickets next day. I will book my tickets with them again next time.

Another 2bit OTA run from a house in Slough with a max of 3 employees.
I found them via jetcost while searching for my regular route. They were advertising it out at £483. Other reputable OTA's were rolling at around £700 while the airline was advertising at around £800.
So, I did what I usually do, start an online chat and request a copy of it. I asked the agent to check the availability. Didn't take long before I was told that the fare was not available. No surprise there then.
This is exactly how these thieves make money. Advertising lower fares, taking your payment then taking more to issue the ticket.
Interestingly they don't carry the ATOL or ABTA accreditation so they cannot print/issue their own tickets which means they probably don't have access to a proper GDS for real time pricing and seat/ticket/price holds.

Again, all the 1 review reviewers will be fake.

Id recommend to totally avoid. Nothing but sharks. Never book any air ticket without checking the OTA's credentials and ABTA ATOL accreditation. Always use a credit card in order to claw back should you be robbed.

I rang flightsfare up to Book a flight to Bangkok.
In the conversation I was told yes there were three seats available but you need to book now, which I did.
After 4 days I still hadn't received my tickets.
Two emails were completely ignored, then after ringing them again I was told that they had to book me in with another airline and that it would cost me another £294 for each passenger.
I promptly cancelled and booked another flight at over £120 cheaper for all three of us on the same day after being told there was nothing cheaper available!!

Fantastic, I needed to go back to Australia urgently. They matched the price to other agencies and turned the ticket over very quickly
The ticket was purchased with an Australian credit card and it was incredibly easy and it made a very stressful situation a little bit less stressful. I would love to thank Alana on this public forum for all her help, I would not hesitate be using this company again

I was conned out of £80, because i was misguided about booking a flight,and i told the guy(peter miller) i wanted to cancel the flight because luggage was not included in the price, and because i had already paid, he said to cancel the flight it would cost me £80, other than that i would ve had to pay an extra £175 for luggage. I was well and truly done! Will not ever use this agency again😡

Very very bad experience ! Hiding information on their website about baggage and when i book the deal they are unable to provide the deal and when I called to them for help after calling 3-4 times the lady was so rude she don’t know how to talk to a customer decently ! I thik thay are scammers !!

( I was asked for more detail for this review, I booked a trip to saudia arabia for umrah with my daughter, i checked the price on the pricenfly website and found a ticket price of £380 per person and I booked it, gave my credit card detail and then following happened:-

my booking reference number was TFK42226

WELL..... if there is anything after one star then I would give them that., I booked a flight to Jeddah from heathrow and proceeded with the booking, I had a email to acknowledge my booking, I was asked to call them, I called them and someone on the other side told me that they will ring me in 15 minutes to confirm my tickets.. they never did...
I called again and met with same response, I stood my ground this time so they told me that someone will call me in 5 minutes
long story short, they called me back and told me to pay another £300 to book the tickets which I denied.

they wasted my precious time, I had to cancel all the other booking (hotels, transport etc) becasue of that.

dont bother with this website or if it is a company, no worth the hassle....

Booked with this company but after two days they told me to pay more for luggage since the luggage’s were included in the fares I refused to pay as they wanted extra £200 per baggage. I have recorded my full telephone conversation with them and feel like taking legal action against them. They don’t seems to be reliable site to book your flights. They say they will call you but never do their services are way too poor. Please do not book your flights with this company will save yourself times and money

Extremely Disappointed from Flight Fare, Please never trust them and never book tickets thruogh them otherwise you will be waiting and then you will have pay lot more to be able to travel, Their site is not updated and doesn’t show the right price, even they scam and at the end they will tell you that ticket doesn’t include any language and carge extra even for cabin / hand carry

Wouldn't touch this company, they have taken cash out of my bank. No ticket and when I've phone they said no payment has been made. Let's see what the fraud investigation team of my bank say to that! Just a little update since I put this review on the company has been in touch asking for more money for baggage an extra £100. I've found flights cheaper in a lot of different sites.
New update now they have refunded my money and asked I take the review down.

I booked my ticket for my daughter from london to Haneda and later i wanted to book mine but the price was vey expensive and then i got this company FlightsFare,simon helped me to book the same flights and seats together. Alanna helped me to buy tickets from Manchester to lahore very patiently. i recommend this company to all my friends and family.she took care of every details. after receiving my tickets,i paid rest of the amount. Extremely Trustworthy.

I booked round-trip flights for my family of four people to Cotonou, Benin via Brussels.
I did the search through Jetcost and found this flight as it matched the itinerary we wanted. I dug in for more details and one of the agents, Kevin contacted me via their messaging system and provided me with all I need to know about this option. I am glad he let me know that the option I looked at didn't have check-in baggage. He looked through the system and suggested more flights. Hence I then booked our flights. Kevin, (the airline booking agent) explained their policy to us. We went ahead and booked the flight. Kevin got us the E-tickets for all four of us in 24 hours. I thanked him for his professionalism. However, we look forward to the flying day going smoothly. I honestly can say that, theflightsfare.co.uk is far from being a fake agency. Thanks to Kevin.

This is an offline travel company with no access to real time flights. They charged £2992 for 4 tickets and I am chasing them for the last 4 days for refund now.
The person called and informed that tickets are not available 4 days back and after that I am chasing for refund but no one responds. The customer care doesn’t exist and the sales people say that someone will
contact you which is happening for the last 3 days. Pathetic… Stay away from these Cons… Totally Fraud people…
