The Flights Fare 

Thanks to Stella she booked our flights after we had to ring due to a question about our baggage.

I booked a flight plan with Simon, he really helped me throughout the process, he find a cheaper plan for me n Simon really support me for finding a travelling plan according to my kids' vacation.
Flight fare is really doing it's best for customers.
I really have had a awsoum experience with flight fare n especially Simon as well. I strongly recommend it to lovely customers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are fraudulent- so glad I used my credit card!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

A complete scam. I booked a ticket from India to London through this website where they quoted 900 GBP for 3 people one way while booking.

Scam 1:
These guys don't have a payment gateway, they ask for your card details and take money from the bank whenever they want. Banks like Starling don't allow their payments to go through since they know these guys are scam

Scam 2:
After multiple payment rejections they send you a payment link and you have to pay through it. Which is again another scam

Scam 3:
They call you once the payment is made and ask for more money (150 GBP each) saying that your ticket doesnt include luggage. Which long haul airline doesnt come with a default luggage allowance? These guys think we are that much fools.

For confirmation, I contacted Air India and enquired and after giving the passenger details they informed that a ticket request has been raised but not yet booked and the baggage allowance was 2 pieces.

Scam 4:
After getting all the details from Air India, I informed them to issue the tickets even if there is no luggage. The peak is that the lady who spoke with me told that I wont even get hand baggage. Seriously!!!

Scam 5:
Knowing that Im not caving for their scam, they now said that the price of the airline has raised and we will not be able to issue a ticket for the same flight. Either I need to pay (100GBP each) more or we can give the refund. I got the refund in 2 days.

Scam 6:
These guys have shared my card details with other scammers and I'm getting a lot of deduction requests from unknown guys after giving the details of my card to them. Now I have to block and replace my card.

All these troubles just for trying to save a few pounds. Completely lost my peace for a few days.

A complete bunch of scammers from Asia and dont ever do any business with them seeing their lucrative prices online

Scammers!!! I dont know how these guys are on the market!!! Police is not doing anything Anti Fraud that's going on???
Booked my flight and asked for more money because they dont have enough seats. Then I cancelled and kept 200£ as fee cancellation. There is nothing on the website such as cancellation police. I cancelled next day. Stella, Simon ...just indians guys all scammers!!! No shame, no morals. Bunch of liars, scammers!!!!

They are summers and Terrible travel agent save you money. I bought a pair of tickets had a booking reference emailed. The next day still no ticket called there were trying to sell me more luggage and told me i should get my tickets by the evening ,in the evening nothing i called again was told she will call me back in half an hour nothing, called again only to be told your payment has been declined? why wasn't I told in the morning, then she asked if i wanted help to book another flight . no thanks

Be careful with this company they are scammers

And then you will receive an email saying is pending and someone will call you to confirm your tickect
They never send nothing and then when you call to ask about where is your tickets they make histories saying that the flight are not longer available and start get aggressive towards you because they know you have catch them I lost 1.400 pounds it's a shame they can do something like this to other people

This looks like an UK co, but it should base in India!

I gave my plan to this co and asking them to book the flight ticket for me. They confirmed that all the thing should be fine and asked me to move the $$$ to their account.
Every thing looked fine before i transferred the money to this co. After paid, they cancel my ticket in the system without notifying me. While i checked that with the airline, the airline told me that this co. didnt pay to the airline and this flightsfare co. cancelled my reservation too !
When i called them to check what's going on after i got the info, this flightsfare co. said that the staff who took care my order was on leave and they would like to check the detail and giving the reply to me by 30 min. I waited for an hr and called again. They gave me the same reply.
Ok, that's fine, I waited for an other hr and still couldn't get any update from them.
Lastly, the staff in this co. BLAME ME. Yes, BLAME ME! and said, U NEEDED NOT TO CALL AGAIN ANY MORE.
what the??? I'm the one paid to get the service from your co. and you gave me this kind of response???

On the other day, the staff who took care of my case was backed and we asked her what's going on. She didn't mention anything about it and asking me to change the schedule of my flight.
I wonder, why i needed to do so, and I've booked the hotel for my trip. Of coz I refused her interesting suggestion and asked her to resume my booking in the system. She told me that will do it asap.

At this point, all you should know the result. Yes, they didnt make any reservation again!

This spent me nearly 1 wk to deal with them and i need to book the ticket in another place.
eventually i needed to pay extra GBP 700 for new my ticket.
If not this excellent co., i need not to spend that extra $$$ for my flight!

So, NEVER BUY the ticket in this place.

i bought a ticket and on the day of the flight when i was at the airport checking in the flight attendant told me the flight has been suspended as they didn’t pay for my ticket to the airline, their card was in the fraud list. It was the waste of my money and my time, I called Simon the person who booked my tickets and he didn’t even refund the money back, absolutely disgusting and it was the biggest scam. I have never had such terrible experience when booking a flight!.

I DON’T RECOMMEND BOOKING FLIGHTS WITH THEM. ABSOLUTELY FRAUD!
Booked my flights to india and didn’t receive the tickets for 5 days, called them multiple times then I got hold of them. When i was returning from India the tickets were suspended as the airport check in service told me. They only paid for the one way ticket only and never paid the other to the airline, their card was put in the fraud list and the airport provided me with all their fraud bank details. Keep in mind I had booked 4 tickets with them for my family and all 4 were suspended. I had to book another flight right at the moment and spent another 3k on those tickets as a family. After this happened we called them and they agreed to return the money that we paid for the new tickets. They kept on saying we will return this week and dragged this till a month and finally said they won’t return the money. Absolutely ridiculousl, it’s completely untrustworthy and fraudulent. I will say never book tickets with them even if you get them cheap i will not recommend after my experience with them. They are sitting there with names like Simon and blah blah and speak Hindi but they are FRAUD AND LIARS. I am reporting this and will file a case against them as this is not acceptable and it’s absolutely unfair and wrong. BE SAFE AND DON’T BOOK WITH THEM NEVER!
