Don't trust this company, they are all scammers. Once they collect your money and don't give you the ticket you want, they won't refund you and won't answer your calls. I bought the ticket in January and the money hasn't been refunded to me yet. Damn scammers.

If I could give zero stars I would, this company has taken our money and disappeared. We booked flights last September and never received e-tickets, despite months of calling and emailing. Eventually they gave us the booking reference for the airline and we could see on the airline’s website that we were booked on the flights.
Last week I checked in with Iberia and was told that the tickets had been cancelled. I called theflightsfare and was told the entire staff had changed and she needed 48 hours to sort out my issue. 48 hours later there is no longer a website or any way to contact them. We have lost a lot of money and have no flights. Absolute nightmare. We’ve contacted citizens advice and trading standards, I hope something can be done to stop these people.

Work fast, found a flight with a good price. Explained everything I should know about the flight just in case I got problem on the way. Friendly & respectful specially to a Senior customer like me. I will highly recommend The Flights Fare

David was patient and very professional. He took the time to listen and understand my needs, We have 3 sets of groups flying out of 3 different location and needing to meet up at a certain location; so that we can all fly into Ghana together. He did a wonderful job.

Beware – Scam Alert!

I booked flights through theFlightsFare.co.uk, and everything seemed professional and friendly at first. However, after making my payment, I never received my e-tickets. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I was repeatedly assured that I would receive them within 48 hours—but that never happened.

Now, my family and I have no holiday, just a terrible experience. This company appears legitimate, but in reality, they take your money and leave you stranded. Avoid at all costs!

Scammers, I booked five tickets 4 months ago, I was given the e-tickets by email, I will be travelling in July 2025, I called the airlines to check the flights and I was told the tickets have been cancelled. I have called the Flight Fare, they are uncontactable. Please, stay away.

Such a scam company, so many different numbers and now they changed their numbers because they knew people will be calling back asking for refunds? Putting me on hold for half hour wasting my time so I would hang up myself. Promised to refund and 2 months after still waiting. Strongly advise everyone to NOT book from them.

I booked 2 return flights to Nicuagrua on 3rd November, due to fly in 3 days time. I haven't received any information except my initial booking confirmation. I have tried to call numerous times and emailed many times. I have spoken to people that named themselves 'Stella' and 'Avreen'. Continuously told that I would receive an email or that someone would return my call and I haven't received anything back from them. Shortly after booking I found all the other negative reviews on here and just wish I had done more research before paying for flights. I am trying to get money back via my bank but they are making it very difficult. How have other people managed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Based on my previous review, I received a message from Trustpilot that TheFlight fare want to reach me. I received a call from Maria few days later. She promised that I will receive back my money in 2 days. The credit card company have returned me 3000 pounds but still 1570 pounds paid bank transfer is outstanding to flight fare. Maria didn't called back which proves that they dont reach to customers care standards in UK. This also shows that they dont want to return the money of customers. I am giving them a last chance to pay my money back before taking my complain to next level. There owner Mariam abbasi should take care of his company and their staff. I wrote to her directly but no response. Stay away from this company. Let be all together who are victims of this company to bring justice to us.

The worst travel agency ever. Booked tickets for over 5600 pounds. They cancelled my tickets to find out on the day I was checking in online. They cancelled my tickets 4 weeks ago but never bother returning me my money. Accusing me of not replying YES ALL OK to their email. When I called and spoke to them. I really want to swear at these scumbags. How can they be allowed even to operate. I went through a nightmare with them. They couldn't care less. A parasite on the name of Indians. I am suing them for this. I have recorded all the phone calls and kept all the emails correspondence.. DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY COST

I had an extremely distressing experience with The Flight Fare; If I could give zero stars, I would. They appear professional and offer seemingly attractive deals, but it's all a scam. After paying them £3700 for tickets, they provided nothing in return—no tickets, no proper communication, and no resolution. When I tried to contact them, they either ignored me or kept me hanging.
Their customer service is non-existent. When I tried calling, they kept me on hold endlessly, refusing to assist or provide any resolution. I spent a month chasing them and had to involve my bank to recover my hard-earned money. Thankfully, I was one of the lucky ones to get a refund, but only after sleepless nights, stress, and having to cancel my planned trip to Bangladesh.
This company caused me immense mental trauma and completely ruined my holiday plans. They operate using fake names and deceitful tactics. I can’t stress this enough—please, check reviews before booking with any travel agency.
Please avoid this company at all costs. Check reviews and do thorough research before making any travel bookings. I wish I had done so beforehand.
They turned what should have been a joyful journey into a nightmare. I will never forget this terrible experience.

Scammers don’t book anything from them they are well trained scammers once money in their bank account will provide you fake tickets then when you contact them Stella ( which is fake names they got names like Simon , Kevin , Oscar) so rude no sense how to talk with customers if they issue a ticket then they will cancel it before flight date and apply for refund without informing you and will never pay you back. So don’t book anything from them they are scammers

SCAM. No flights after countless delays, emails and telephone calls. We were then offered flights thousands of pounds dearer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. We are now reclaiming our money back through our credit card company and had to rebook our flights with another company after wasting many weeks trying to resolve with The Flights Fare. Positive reviews are confusing after so many people have had the same experience as us. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY BOOKING WITH THIS DREADFUL COMPANY.

Pls do NOT book holidays/flights with this company. They took £5,000 from us and promised we will have e-tickets within 48 hours. Now they say they only have 4 out of 7 tickets available. Made us wait almost 3 weeks and promised to resolve the issue. Now they are refusing to answer calls/emails. They keep disconnecting calls. I’ve now made a chargeback claim using credit card company to recover our money. They are scamming people. Now I will have to pay more and book new flights cos prices have increased. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
