The package was so tight on the…

The package was so tight on the necklace that I couldn’t open the packaging so I used my toe nail clippers cutting through the necklace.
I simply threw the necklace in the garbage

I ordered the Adam cuff/bracelet and I must say it is stunning. I wear it everyday. It's so nice in gold that I'm getting ready to buy the matching ring. Oh and the customer service has been great as well and was the prompt shipping. Bravo!

One of the best jewelry brands I have…

One of the best jewelry brands I have ever shopped at. I got my boyfriend three rings for Christmas and got a complimentary travel jewelry case as well and he is obsessed with them. The whole process was super straightforward - shipping was a little slow but that is completely out of their control but when I reached out they were still so accommodating and kind, very apologetic about the delay. Either way the quality of the actual pieces is spectacular. So glad I went with their stuff. Loved loved love and my bf loves his rings too 😁

Too much branding

Very nice products.

Lost my item wont refund!

Ordered chain end of November for Christmas. No sign of it. Contacted them and advised to find out myself from Evri. End up finding out that its lost. Still took payment from Klarna. Gasper acknowledged lost but no help to refund tell me to follow up with Klarna. Klarna revert me back to Gasper to refund yet Gasper still won't and keep brushing me off. Month an half later an no product and no refund despite them loosing it. They don't want to know or help. Will never use again.

Worst company ever

UPDATE: My order was received (late and not able to be given to the recipient) they sent two chains and one pendant (i ordered two necklaces). When i reached out to CS they didn’t believe me and wanted me to verify and send pics. I ignored them and took the loss. I see by a review below they without hesitation wanted to send the pendant that was missing but not me. They also have yet to display my real reviews on their site and like i said before blocked my personal insta account due to me calling them out. So they block reviews and people but take your $ and not send all product. Great job 👏🏻

MY order was shown to ship and to be received 12/14 and I was leaving for the UK that week. I ordered and it never shipped. Riza and Daphne were horrible. They ignored all my emails and began to respond AFTER my order my shipped. Mind you their email says 24 response and insta messager as always live. They chose to ignore me. They blocked me in instagram and would not post my negative reviews online. STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS
