Worst company ever
UPDATE: My order was received (late and not able to be given to the recipient) they sent two chains and one pendant (i ordered two necklaces). When i reached out to CS they didn’t believe me and wanted me to verify and send pics. I ignored them and took the loss. I see by a review below they without hesitation wanted to send the pendant that was missing but not me. They also have yet to display my real reviews on their site and like i said before blocked my personal insta account due to me calling them out. So they block reviews and people but take your $ and not send all product. Great job 👏🏻
MY order was shown to ship and to be received 12/14 and I was leaving for the UK that week. I ordered and it never shipped. Riza and Daphne were horrible. They ignored all my emails and began to respond AFTER my order my shipped. Mind you their email says 24 response and insta messager as always live. They chose to ignore me. They blocked me in instagram and would not post my negative reviews online. STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

They only sent the chain and not the pendent? Let's see if they fix this issue but I'm really bummed because this was supposed to be a christmas present and now it's not right. It won't be here in time even if they fix this problem. This is my first time buying from this company so I'm already not that impressed.
I also want to note that the company asked me to reach out to them so they can fix the issue. I reached out to them days ago. They keep emailing me questions about the order and it takes them days to reply to me. Their customer service is incredibly slow. It is interesting how quickly they replied to this review though!

Thank you for correcting the issue. I did not reply after the 21st due to traveling for Christmas. However, I am not a company selling a product and I did not guarantee a 24 hr response-- you did though and that promise is not legitimate.
I do want it known that the parcel images were NOT in fact missing. I see them clearly attached to the email I replied to when asked to give the images. In fact, your agent even thanked me in her response for sending the photos. If there was an issue with a lack of images, it was never made known to me until I read your update just now. You will not make this look like my fault on this review. Let this be known to the future potential customers looking at this thread. If you need screenshots of my photos and email discussion with your agent, I am happy to make that available to you or with trustpilot.

This is the second time I ordered GASPER and I’m always happy with my chains and pedants. It’s a good quality and it’s a perfect gift for holidays season. It takes a little longer that I expected to get them but I got them before Christmas so I was happy. I’m really happy with my chains I definitely recommend this brand.

Great Products And Responsive Service
I purchased my first pendant and chain in July 2025 (about five months ago) and absolutely loved it, the Chip Tanzanite. Because of that great experience, I recently ordered two more pieces: the Chip Onyx and Chip Garnet. At the time, there was a promotion offering a free Large Box. However, after placing my order, I noticed the box wasn’t listed on my receipt. It turned out that the promo code I used couldn’t be combined with the free box offer ... something I hadn’t seen clearly stated.
I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They immediately recognized the confusion and kindly added the Large Box to my order. I received the two pendants a few days ago, along with the box, and I couldn’t be happier.
These pieces are beautifully made ... simple in design yet striking. They stand out without being overpowering and align perfectly with my personal style. I wholeheartedly recommend these products.
Refund Issues
I placed an order with GASPER.CO on October 19 and paid for two-day shipping. The items arrived well beyond the two-day window, and I was refunded for the shipping delay. After receiving the order, I was unable to fit the bracelet and therefore requested a return and refund.
The return package was delivered via FedEx and signed for by GASPER.CO on November 28. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted customer support and corresponded back and forth with an associate, Riza Tolentino, regarding the status of my refund, which I have yet to receive. I was informed that their third-party warehouse is significantly backed up and had not processed my return despite having received it.
The company had possession of my return for nearly a month before it was processed. I was then notified by Riza that the bracelet was allegedly missing, which is completely unfounded. The shipping weight of the package when it was originally sent to me and the shipping weight when I returned it are identical, clearly indicating that all items were included in the return.
If the bracelet is not present, it was misplaced after the package was received by the company. I believe this claim is being used to avoid issuing my rightful refund.

I ordered on November 24th with a promised delivery of 3–7 business days. It’s December 11th and I still have nothing. They didn’t process my order, didn’t inform me, and only admitted the issue after I spammed them with emails — even though they took my money instantly.
They promised a new shipping window and missed that too. No updates, no transparency, no professionalism.
Honestly, this company has been a complete waste of time. Save yourself the headache and don’t order from them.
