I was a bit worried that my order would take a long time to arrive but to my surprise it was delivered 4 days after I placed my order. The product came exactly as advertised on picture, got a gold and silver Creation of Adam rings. For the price and feel it's perfect.

Very good service, my order was taken by customs and was stuck for a long time, but they helped me out and sent me the same order again free of charge.
The American Nightmare
I’ve been following Gasper on Instagram for quite some time and was eventually persuaded to place an order. The advertised delivery timeframe was 4 to 8 working days, with no mention of any additional charges.
Now, 8 working days later, I still haven’t received my order. Instead, I was unexpectedly presented with an additional invoice of €45, which I was told must be paid immediately or my order would not be delivered.
I reached out to Gasper to request an update on the delivery and to confirm that no further charges would apply. Unfortunately, both inquiries were ignored.
As an online business, there are a few fundamental principles that must be upheld: honoring the promised delivery window and maintaining full transparency regarding costs. Gasper failed on both fronts.
I will not be purchasing from Gasper again, nor from any other webshop that ships from the United States.

Don't Bother!
Ordered 2-5 day express shipping on September 26 (it is now October 6), have sent two emails requesting an update on my order, no response and support email is no longer active. Filed a dispute with Afterpay to cancel order, stay away!

Order not received, no customer service response
EDIT:
I placed an order on September 27th. After no updates for over a week, I reached out several times via email and social media with no reply. Eventually, after posting this review, I finally received a response saying my order had shipped — but more than two business days later, there’s still no tracking information or confirmation that anything was actually sent.
It feels like the company only responded to manage the review rather than resolve the order issue. I’m still waiting for proof of shipment and a clear update.

Gasper really surprised me
Gasper really surprised me! Regarding shipping I ordered this for my man’s birthday, and bc I live in Puerto Rico I was expecting the shipping to take time, I have never received items this quickly before! 10/10! The actual jewelry is stunning! I purchased the onyx set and ngl I do like the cubana more but the actual rope necklace is very nice, I do wish it was a little more thick or heavier like the cubana only bc I feel like if not careful it could break, but the cubana is very good quality!

Ordered a jewellery bundle for a birthday present, expected it to turn up in 7 working days but 14 working days later it still isn’t here.
I see other people had a good experience but shame I can’t say the same as dealing with Gasper was complete garbage for me.

Don't order from this company. Ordered some pieces from them to Ireland in July. There was a customs issue and it was returned to them. My parcels still stuck in France and Gasper told me to get in touch with Irish customs when I asked them for a refund to find out why. As if that's my job to do.

I recently made a jewelry purchase from Gasper. To be honest, the fact that my order actually arrived and wasn’t a scam (as I’ve unfortunately experienced with other online stores) was already a pleasant surprise. When I received my order, however, the pendant on the necklace was stained with rust I informed them about this, but decided to clean and treat it myself, hoping it was just a minor issue.
Unfortunately, after only a month of wearing it, the chain broke without any reason—I wasn’t pulling on it or doing anything unusual, it simply snapped while I was sitting down. I contacted Gasper, and to their credit, they kindly offered to send me a replacement piece. However, they asked me to cover the shipping costs, which are quite expensive. Considering that I had already reported two quality issues—the first one I let slide—I would have appreciated a bit more effort from the brand to make up for the inconvenience. For example, covering the shipping themselves or sending an additional gift or piece would have shown goodwill.
This isn’t what I would expect from a brand that positions itself as high-quality. I will wait for the replacement chain to arrive and test the quality again, but for now, I don’t feel confident purchasing more pieces despite how much I like the designs. And that’s disappointing, because your jewelry is truly beautiful.

I was disappointed with the item I purchased, so I decided to return it—only to discover I MUST SHIP IT TO THE USA (£20 tracked and not clear on the website), and it's at your cost.

Ordered something 24 days ago and there has been no movement on my order. Not prepared, not shipped, nothing.
Store terms say it will be delivered within 8-12 days.
Emailed customer service 3 times and have not received a response.

Been looking for a chain to wear that will not tarnish or get ruined by getting wet and I finally found one. The price is great, and it really looks awesome. Got a gem to put on the chain that really shows it off.
Received wrong ring twice and unexpected import tax
The site did not clearly state that shipping was from the US. As a Belgian customer I had to pay hefty import taxes.
I received the wrong color ring, and although they were generous enough to send a replacement, this triggered another import tax payment. On top of that, I received the wrong color ring AGAIN, which means I paid import taxes twice for a ring I didn't order.
The necklace and ring themselves were as advertised (besides the color) and seemed of OK quality.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I was dealing with “Daphne” and then a random email jonyeachonam36@gmailcom got involved. Very unprofessional that someone is using a personal email to speak to customers.
I needed to exchange a pearl bracelet. They sent me a pre paid label.
I sent it back and they received it. I exchanged it for 2 items worth double what the bracelet cost and paid the difference in full.
A few days later I see a charge for $48 by gasper that I did not consent for. So they must be saving your payment information without telling you.
I asked for an explanation and all they said was it’s because “you only returned the bracelet”
It makes no sense because they were aware that was my intention.
There is no clarity to their exchange process and they basically committed fraud and stole money from a loyal customer. I owned 5 pieces of their jewelry that I’ll never wear again.
Do not buy from this company. They are petty and nickel and dime loyal customers
