Still waiting on my exchange.
I git a size 12 ring. It didnt fit so I followed their protocol for an exchange. I payed to print their label and have receipts for that as well as shipping it via USPS. It has been several weeks and I've heard nothing even though I've reached out through their "contact us" link on the website. Kinda bummed cause the ring was pretty cool.

They sent me an unfinished pendant
They sent me an unfinished pendant, but did honour their lifetime guarantee. I didn't have to pay shipping or duties for the new pendant.
The pendent itself is great, and I have not found designs like theirs on other other sites in stainless steal.

My purchase was an onyx pendant and silver chain. Am fine with the pendant but not so the chain.
The picture is misleading as it shows a medium gauge chain but what I received was a very skinny chain. The size of the chain does not pair well with the size of the pendant. And the clasp is so small it is near impossible to hook it together without help.

It was a nice perk to receive a free jewely box with my purchase. The box is almost there for me, as it's the perfect size for a travel box and it has a smooth leather finish with a heavy duty zipper.

So far so good it hasn’t broken yet, but it was a while before the chain actually broke on the other one so I’m grateful that I got a replacement and this one has not broken yet out of random. It looks nice. It feels OK. It does pinch a little bit on the hairs on the back of the neck That could definitely be improved or fixed. Don’t know how but that would be nice. It is a little shorter they didn’t have the longer one unfortunately for me very nice and pretty though. Also, they didn’t replace the stone that was lost when the chain broke.
