Great service

Accurate tracking system, and they went over-and-above by re-arranging collection the following week when i missed them (my fault entirely).

Good service bought mattress from ebay it was not quick took 6 days to receive, Marc was helpful even I didn't book 2 man the my boys give a hand and all done in prompt manner.

I brought a sofa on Ebay and the company they use are very helpful and communicated through out the whole time and the estimated times.
The sofa i brought was well packaged and I am very pleased of the services and outcome.

A great and efficient service

A great and efficient service, the courier was booked by an EBAY buyer of furniture we sold. We were able to track the courier arrival time and both men who arrived, were polite and friendly and quickly stored the furniture for transit securely.

What a great service!

What a great service!
We needed to book a courier to return an item to Bathroom Mountain and when I called to enquire, the team couldn’t have been more helpful.
We were only given a week to return the item and the home delivery guys went the extra mile to help us.
The courier was very nice and friendly and our item was returned on time and undamaged, meaning we got a refund.

Thanks so much guys - would definitely recommend!
