Brilliant service! For once an internet company that does what it says with no hassle.

The product is great, the installation is not! The screen info does not match up on different screens and options are not well documented. However the fact that the download is only for PCs should be more prominent on the site.

Fast shipping! I received my order in only a couple days from the U.K. The expert instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Installation was a breeze. My USA spec 2018 S3 now has all the latest updates and features. Satellite maps are now working again, Apple CarPlay, latest nav software/maps, everything working perfectly as good as new.

Wanted to update my MMI 3G+ & maps in my 2013 RS5, but didn't want to have to remortgage the house in order to afford Audi main dealer prices (and from experience, less than excellent service). Found these guys via recommendation from AQOC (Audi Quattro Owners Club). Value for money, easy upgrade with full instructions & access to support folks to answer questions as you go. Awesome!!

Very Easy to deal with up front information

I ordered a whole set of digital downloads. All files downloaded and extracted perfectly. The instructions are excruciatingly detailed, but that’s a good thing. It ensured that every step of a lengthy and complex series of updates (which—if done wrong—could brick the entire infotainment system) went as described. The end result was exactly the set of updates—including adding Android Auto and Apple Car Play to my 2016 Audi A7–being applied exactly as described in the instructions.

Great communication and a really helpful installation guide made the software upgrade process to my Audi very easy.

Instructions were clear. All went according to plan except that when all was finished, the instructions said the MMI would reboot itself. O had to manually reboot it.

Awesome product line, really helpful and informative customer service! I placed an order and was informed that I needed the bundle. The Navman informed me that I needed to upgrade because the kit i ordered wouldnt work for my update, I placed an order for the upgrade. I was also refunded for my initial order. No complaints! Upgrading the full software suite on an Audi is not for the faint hearted. The Nav Man setup provide timely assistance but the are many, many variations of Audi software and my personal experience is that anybody wishing to implement such an upgrade should have a reasonable have of software technical expertise or have a go to friend with these skills. All that aside, when the update is complete you will be very happy with the result for a relative small financial outlay.
