Great customer service. Map updated fine. Street address still same as previous version, for some reason street numbers are still like when we got the car in 2019. I have tried manual install same result. Great support even though i live in Texas. It is a 2017 Audi A8L

Excellent service and communication, bought the CarPlay and map update for my mk3 Audi tt. Highly recommend the Navman and assistance in installing it which went smoothly. As it says on the instructions, just don’t rush anything. Anyone getting the CarPlay activation for an early mk3 tt, mine is a 2016, may also need the virtual cockpit update too for the CarPlay symbol to show in the menu but this is still a fraction of the price you’d pay at an Audi dealership!

I have a 2016 audi a6 with the pop up screen and the system is basically simple, no car play nothing, thats till i found “thenavman” i contacted hem with a picture of my software and he recommended me a package with apple car play 🙏 and i installed it my self and everything works fine, i love car play 🙏 highly recommend it to anybody, the best and easy process, thank you so much it was worth the money, im currently in new york 🇺🇸

2017 Audi A4 all Road. My navigation was rebooting randomly due to what I determined to be a failed online update. The navman was able to help me resolve the issue.
The person I was working with was very knowledgeable and experienced with Audi navigation And he was able to assist me with odd errors that I ran into and not one time was I ignored on left with no help.
I highly recommend dealing with them if you need any nav work.

After recently purchasing a 2016 Audi i knew it was unlikely to have had any software/maps updates and looking on the forums and facebook groups there was only one name that came up time and time again, that was TheNavMan. I contacted them with a picture of my current software version and asked for there help being my first Audi i was unsure of the difference MMI versions. Very quickly had a reply with the correct product for me linked. Instructions were provided on how to do the install which was straight forward and easy to do. Ben is very helpful and anyone with an Audi should go to him.
