The support was great
The support was great. That said, it wasn’t apparent that one must use a PC (not a Mac) if you download the files to your own USB stick. I couldn’t successfully install,
So had to wait a couple weeks for a pre-loaded USB to post from the UK. Once that arrived. It all went smoothly.

maps update due to error/malfunction of GPS
The process from explaining my GPS issues, providing details, to purchasing/downloading was absolutely seamless and successful. That said, the cost and time it took to fix was and would have been significantly less than the stealership - a big thankyou~!

Nav was straight forward and works great

After issue with postal order arrived quickly and was easy to install
My original order was got lost in Spain some how. They were very quick to resend out my order. The second one arrived with no issues faster than I expected. No issues on the install. Only wish was I didn't have to reach out for the PDF instructions.

Software that is freely available should not be sold with a price tag.
I was disappointed to find that this software, which is freely available elsewhere, is being sold with a price tag here. It feels misleading and unfair to charge for something that can be obtained for free. I recommend looking for alternative sources to avoid unnecessary expenses.

They admit they sell software that isn't theirs. They block me on other social media platforms so they can continue selling software that is freely available from MIB-Helper.

As a business, we provide value with our years of expertise and ease of installation methods allowing you to do this in the comfort of your own home. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, you have experts available who have likely seen it all before and can assist and guide you.
I can see you made contact with our support team as you were having some technical issues with the installation process (you were using a USB and not SD) and as such you already gained value from our team. There are many examples in life where things can be done for free versus a paid/convenient solution.
I sometimes quote: You can pump your car tyres up for free but sometimes you want to make life easier and more convenient and use a garage and if anything goes wrong there is someone on hand to help you.
