I worry about some of the reviews because this is a great company with great products, clearly something is not working - let's hope its just a blip.
Don’t buy anything from this co.
Ordered iPhone cover that was on sale. Order placed on March 12. There was no way to get in touch with the company other than through email. I had sent dozens of emails initially asking for the date I would receive the product and then asking to cancel and a refund. The automated responses stopped then. And then today - April 29, seven weeks later, lo and behold the stuff arrived. Nothing fancy, similar ones can be found on Amazon. This company is not honest. Stop supporting it people!
Good case, HORRIBLE NONEEXISTENT SERVICE
I just got the case (April 14th) that I ordered on March 19th. I ordered the leather iPhone case as the company was recommended to me by a friend and a long-time case user.
After waiting a whole week my case wasn't shipped out nor any other updates on my order - but the site promises shipping within 2-3 business days.
One more week passed, and I hadn't gotten ANY replies from my order inquiry. So, two weeks now and in this second email I threatened a chargeback if they don't reply and ship my case - still never got replies to any emails to their customer service.
And who would have thought it, two days later they finally shipped my case after not replying to me for 18 days. The case then took 9 days to get to me.
TL;DR
So, in conclusion the case feels great in hand, good leather that has a pleasant texture and magsafe compatibility.
But if you have a problem with anything good bloody luck, because they WILL NOT reply to you, or heck do anything but take your money unless you threaten them with a chargeback.
Bought a case on sale
Bought a case on sale. Its on sale so no supply issues. Still not here after two weeks (I'm in the UK, they are in the UK). No customer service. No email reply. The cases are OK (I've had 3) - pretty nice actually. But you can buy similar, even nicer ones elsewhere though and it's really not worth the wait and the frustration buying from here unless you are some sort of sadist.
Weeks later - still waiting for my phone case!
The website said that the case was in stock when ordered and would be dispatched within a day, but here we are weeks later and no case. Nodus was happy to take my money but then don’t respond to emails. In short, I’ve been scammed.

Don't buy anything from Nodus! They don't have pre-paid returns so I had to pay to return a product and 3 months later I still didn't receive a refund. The only contact is email and they were very nice when I've asked them how to make a return but now no one replies to tell me when am I going to receive my money back.

Wish I read reviews before purchasing. Do NOT buy from them. Their products are nice but customer service is horrendous! They do not reply to emails, COVID or not! If you want to return items, forget it. You are stuck w what you don’t want! BAD! I’m going to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Don’t waste your time and money. Honestly!
Poor quality product & customer service
Case is nice but supplied magnet is tiny, the 3M tape has no stick (I've used this stuff on lots of other items and never had a problem with it before), it's plastic housing just fell off and over a month later I am still waiting for a replacement, oddly though they managed to ship the magnet I paid for the next day! A very poor customer experience, I would not recommend them

I bought a phone case and was sent the wrong one. The business then ignored my email asking for a switch until I started leaving messages on Instagram.
The phone case arrived but has become discolored by hands in about 12 hours - my old leather Apple phone case wasn’t discolored after about 18 months. I wish they made one for iPhone 11...

Absolutely awful! The item arrived but quality was not what I was expecting with regards to colour. No response whatsoever, and no contact details anywhere or address. I have since escalated this through PayPal and am waiting for a resolution, as even after a month they have not responded to my dispute on PayPal either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT FULFIL THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT. SCAM!!

Non existent customer service
I purchased a case last November 2019 and had a couple of issues with delivery and the product itself. It took just over a month to get the item and I had sent a couple of emails to check if the item had been dispatched - which were never answered. Unfortunately, when the item arrived the leather joins at the corners of the case were pretty poor which given the price of the case I was not too happy about. I sent another email with a detailed picture of the poor quality areas, which I am yet to hear back from. Not sure why they have a customer service email as I have never heard back from all four of the emails I sent over a couple of months attempting to rectify the issues with delivery and quality. The products look nice, there is no quality control and apparently no customer service employees. Can't really recommend them.
I ordered an iPhone 11 case early…
I ordered an iPhone 11 case early January of 2020. I loved the one I had on my iPhone 7 years ago. I didn't receive the case after a month so I emailed them inquiring about it. They told me to give it 25 business days, still didn't receive it. When I emailed them about it they said it had been returned to them and to verify my address with them, which I did. Haven't heard anything else out of them for over a week now. I decided to have my credit card company handle them. They're not near the company they were 3-4 years ago.
The extremely bad customer service
The extremely bad customer service. Don't buy anything from this company!!! I purchased Access Case III for iPhone 11 Pro (Dark Teal) on September 2019, but not received product until January 2020. I was offered twice for £5 refund and only received one of them.
Recently, I received email (see below) and realised they send out the defective produce...............

Due to the new texture on the back of the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max, the Micro Suction Pad on the Access Case can’t form as strong a bond as it has done on previous models of iPhone. It still grips the back of the iPhone, but we want to make sure you get the best possible experience and you should have received a tempered glass rear screen protector with your Access Case, which we included to provide an optimal bond between phone and case.
Please DO NOT use this rear screen protector! We believe that our supplier has sent us a defective batch that does not perform as tested and we will now be sending you a replacement PET Vinyl Rear Scratch Protector in the next few days. Don’t worry, these have been tested much more rigorously and provide the ultra-strong repeatable bond that will stay connected to the iPhone and hold your iPhone securely in the Access Case.

And after all this time, I receive the worst leather case ever seen : leather quality awful with different textures (not as if it was natural but 1/5 seems used and slick...). Then the suction system does not work !!! Too small (the suction default is attributed to Apple by Nodus !! => they give a plastic transparent cover for the back of your iPhone in order to help the suction working...

2 years ago i bought a case for the IPhone X, that was great.
4 months ago i‘ve preordered a case gor the new IPhone 11 Pro Max. The case is available since mid December but until now i don’t have heard anything from my order. The customer support don‘t react on my mails too.
Now i have informed PayPal to get my money back.
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. They take your money every year when the iPhone launches, promise a date and 4 months later still no case.
To make matters worse, send a message to Nodus Support and they totally ignore you.

I had bought a wallet from one of there reseller which was a good experience however dealing with Nodus customer service is super rubbish and they just keep ghosting you.
So its semi decent wallets that fall apart followed by non existent customer support.

Stay away from this company, I bought a case more than a month ago, and still haven’t received a confirmation of my case being shipped. Customer services isn’t even a thing on the Nodus website absolutely terrible . I wish I read the reviews before deciding to purchase a case for my iPhone 11.
