So disappointed in these gloves. After one match, they are already ripped. After contacting one glove, they will not replace them. After paying £45, that’s one expensive match!

Great gloves and at a very reasonable price too! My son has had several pairs and they are now the OG1 is his go to Glove.
Customer service has been fantastic. Had an issue with one pair and the problem was resolved very quickly and efficiently by Shannon in the customer service department.

My son loves these goal keeper gloves. We've just ordered our third pair. The other thing that sets this business apart is the customer service (once you get past the bot). I've dealt with Shannon (a real person) a couple of times now, and she has been very helpful. Courteous, friendly and resolved my issues immediately. The website could be a little easier to use - lose the repeated pop ups. But I genuinely can't fault the product or the customer service!

Had a slight issue with a garment over the weekend after I’d sent an email I got a response first thing Monday morning asking for some more details which I sent and within the hour the issue was rectified

From purchasing the gloves to receiving and using the gloves, the experience has been great. My son has been using one glove for the last 5 years and will not use any other gloves. I purchase off goal keepers anonymous and one glove and the service from both companies has been excellent and help from both customer services has been extremely helpful. They gave express delivery in time for a tournament in Barcelona. The gloves themselves fit perfectly and don't annoy him on the wrist like other gloves. They are not bulky and the grip is the best he has seen.

My expirence has been great overall.The gloves fell high quality and the grip is good in any condition.The fit is comftarble and secure and you can tell a lot of attention went into the design.I would defently recomend these to other goalies.

Had issue with a pair of gloves regarding stitching coming apart on palm on a pair of gloves purchased for Christmas.
After sending a email regarding the issue, a email with credit voucher was issued within 12 hours of sending the email.
Also ordered another set of gloves and received them in under 30 hours from purchase. (Delivery from Brisbane and delivered to Sydney)
Cannot ask for any better service.

Son has tried all the other big name gloves- latex lasting 4x longer, no need for sprays etc.in inclement weather, durability and performance second to none, as well as fit and style- by far the best glove he's worn, and he's gone through a fair few pairs- best gloves on market.

Reported a minor issue/complaint and they were very quick to reply, they also provided the outcome I hoped for - so I'm happy!

My goalkeeper won’t wear any other gloves, he’s had over 11 pairs (loves to have his gloves matching his boots).
