I experienced the best customer service of my life today from Penny, she was so friendly, polite and cheerful!
Initially, my intention was just to walk into the store for a window shopping, but after a few minutes friendly chat with Penny I was moved to buy a Dior elixir cologne I never wanted to buy. I think Penny deserves a raise FR. She’s amazing!!!😊
