We bought a pinball machine for our house. This is the first and probably only pinball machine we will buy. The Pinball Company gave great advice about which machine would be most enjoyable over the years, and had candid observations about reliability.

The machine arrived on time and the Pinball Company answered some basic set up questions.

It was great to be able to call and quickly get a human during business hours. This was old-fashioned top notch customer service.

I found the web site well organized and easy to use. The chat session was extremely useful in making my final decision at my own pace. The link to the BBB was a nice touch as well. It would be a plus if the company contacted the customer shortly after receiving the order to check and verify that everything is ok and meets the customers satisfaction. It may also be beneficial to ask if there is anything else the company can do for the customer i.e. additional purchase or simply looking to see if there are any other items the company can look into for the customer or direct them to someone who can. You mentioned that the Holidays are the reason for lack of response. I sent an email to your attention several days ago with no response. I am experiencing mechanical/electrical problems with my purchase. I have resolved the issue on my own as I have not been contacted. Warranties should be honored and timely.
