The customer service these people have is OUTSTANDING!!!!! I had an issue ordering a product on their website, but instead of just writing an "I'm sorry" reply and leaving it alone, they took the time to personally text my phone and tell me that if they can't fix the online portion, then we can order it over the phone. If businesses the world over cared about their customers the way these people do, we would have Heaven on Earth;)

I am nobody special, I'm just an average Joe and instead of just ignoring me and going about their business, they have gone out of their way to make sure I wasn't ignored. These people are getting ready for an important Open House today and they still took the time to make sure I was taken cared of:)

Nic and Brooke were very knowledgeable and made the purchasing process a breeze. They were able to get me all the pinballs I was looking for and worked with me on a payment plan. They were delivered in pristine condition and expertly installed. Wouldn't use anyone else. Strongly recommended.

We enjoyed an outstanding buying experience. The pinball machine arrived in perfect condition, operated perfectly and in every way meets or exceeds our expectations.

I purchased a Whitewater pinball from The Pinball Company almost a year ago (see earlier testimonial of that pleasant experience). When it arrived it played flawlessly which is amazing considering the multitude of bells and whistles that are packed into this almost 25 year old machine. As it should be expected, however, with the game play that it has received over the past almost year a few issues have developed. Upon emailing Nic Parks about the situations I have received nothing but prompt and knowledgeable assistance from him. If adjustments were needed he offered detailed information and if any parts were needed he had them shipped directly to me, without any hesitation. He would email me a parts diagram of the assembly in question so that it was clear to both of us what part was needed. One of the popper parts to be replaced was only available in a package with several other parts but he had the entire kit sent to me at no charge, which was received within three days of our initial correspondence. I was totally impressed with his response. I highly recommend to anyone in search of a pinball machine that they go directly to The Pinball Company. They stand behind their product 100%.

I ordered my machine on 2/7/13. As of 2/26/13 I still had not heard any response back, so I contacted the company to find out when it was going to ship. Got a reply back about moving to another store and the weather holding things up. Ok, understand we cannot control mother nature, but some sort of contact should have been made. It was finally delivered in March while I was out of town. Had to get my neighbor to let the delivery guy in. Started playing machine as soon as I came back, and immediately realized a bumper was missing. Had to contact company to get a new bumper band. While he was fairly responsive with the delivery of the new band, it should not have been an issue. This unit was supposed to had been refurbished. Since I have owned it, I have had a repairman out several times to replace bumpers that were dryrotted. To rebuild the cylinders for the flippers, which the guy told me should have been part of the refurbishment. Not that expensive to do and should be an automatic rebuild on a used machine. These were all items done within three to four months of receiving the product. Contacted the company prior to finding my own repairman and was told it was not his problem. Since I have spent the additional money to overhaul, the machine is working great and I get a lot of compliments on it. However, the main reason I went with this company was because of the reviews and he stated he stood behind his products. Not so much. In fact once he literally told me not to contact him by his phone, even after he had initially gave me the number to contact him by. Sorry, I would not recommend this company again for the price I paid for the pinball machine.

From the first phone call for information on my purchase to the delivery, this was the best, most easily experience I've ever had. I'm so glad I choose this company for my putchase.

We bought a used and refurbished Raiders of the Lost Ark machine a while back and it has been just great. Very reliable machine with rarely a glitch. The Pinball Compamy people were very helpful and friendly. Machine arrived on time. We had them help get it into our basement. The movers they used were not the best guys, could have been more professional, but everything was good and set up in the end. All good. Thinking about another machine.

I have bought several games from them and they are in wonderful shape and they shipped them fast. I paid a little more then I wanted to but in the end it was all worth it.

We had no troubles in purchasing our Big Buck World Game from The Pinball Company. They were very knowledgeable and it came in good condition without any problems.

I have purchased both the original Wizard of Oz and the 75th anniversary Wizard of Oz and now have an order the hobbit. Everybody including myself loves playing the Wizard of Oz it is such an exhilarating game with all kinds of new features that we haven't seen in past pinballs.
If you're looking for the ultimate in pinball fun look no further.

I had some initial reservations about buying a game online, but my fears were unfounded. The team at the Pinball Company was great and have been fantastic to work with. I would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a used pinball machine from the Pinball company one year ago. I have spent more money repairing it than my original purchase. At first the owners were very helpful and even payed for the first service. When the pinball machine continued to breakdown the owners no longer wanted to deal with my big problem!! I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I cant say enough positive things about The Pinball Company. Very professional, delivered what they promised, even took extra care in wrapping my refurbed pin in plenty of bubble wrap for the long trek home. I cant wait to purchase another pin and even a multicade for my home rec room, and they will be the ONLY company I call!

I spent the better part if two days discussing and getting an education on all things pinball while shopping for an anniversary present from my lovely wife. I bought a new one And they were the absolute best. I would never consider buying from anywhere else, even though I live 500 mikes away! Thanks folks! Y'all are great!

We purchased a pinball machine and an arcade machine. Both arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. The pinball machine ended up having a few issues - the owners put us in contact with a local person to fix the issues, free of cost, and it's been perfect ever since. If you're looking to buy a pinball machine, I highly recommend The Pinball Company.

I have ordered two different games (World Cup Soccer Pinball & Big Buck Hunter) and had excellent experiences with the team at The Pinball Company both times. They were responsive to my questions, helpful with recommending service people in my local area and always very friendly. It can be difficult to know if you can trust ordering such high value items online, but the people at The Pinball Company are legit and can definitely be trusted. I would recommend them to anyone.
