The Pin Ball Company was superb in the selection of their machines, the reconditioning of them, shipping to me and having them set-up so I could use them immediately!!

If I had the space (and dollars), I'd buy 3 more form them!!

I've purchased several pinball machines and arcade cabinet games from The Pinball Company. Never any problems!! Of course, I have an annual maintenance performed on them with minor repairs. The website is easy to use, the cabinets and play fields are super, and communication with the owners excellent. This has been a great experience! I will continue to use The Pinball Company as my exclusive vendor for pinball entertainment.

I purchased a Jukebox from The Pinball Company, the attention I received was superb. The Communication was great. I love the Jukebox, the entire Purchase Process was perfect.

I bought pirates of the Caribbean pin ball machine. With shipped it got a little loose with the moving parts. They stood behind there world and kept sending repair people over my home no charge to me until it was working like new and called me a couple of times to make sure it was still working. I can say I have never had that kind of service. Any machine I buy will be from them.

The Pinball Company are an excellent vendor and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

This company was great when trying to sell the pinball machine to me. They were very informative about General information about machines and maintenance. However, after the actual sale they did not really follow through with anything they said they would without prompting and prodding. When I received my machine there were some broken parts that had not been previously disclosed. I knew I was purchasing a used machine but (name) told me they were completely redurbished and restored to working order. When I took pictures and requested the parts (name) said she had one of those machines coming in soon and would send the part off that particular machine. She never did! There were a set of keys missing and I was told "those keys are ALWAYS hanging inside the locked door". Those keys were absolutely not on that door or anywhere inside the machine. (name) told me they would do phone tech calls if anything went wrong for the lifetime of the machine and in most cases it was just a "simple switch issue". This did
Not turn out to be the case with my pinball machine. I quite literally had less than 5 hours in the machine and 3 bumpers quit working, while 1 never worked from the beginning and a part broke inside the play board (which they said they would replace and did not; mentioned above). I ended up having to sell this machine to the repair man they recommended for me because it was too much to fix. I owned this machine just a little over 1 year and rarely played it. I paid $4000 and had to sell it for $2000 a year later. Total loss and poor investment on my part. Now if this is the kind of reputation they are trying to build then well done The Pinball Company. I would NEVER speak a good words about them to anyone, and oddly enough I know a couple people that were in the market to purchase a machine recently. One thing they did do right is, they actually picked up the phone everytime I called, they blew smoke but they did answer the phone. Most calls were not returned without having to call them

I will not give any other company my business. The pinball company is the only company I will buy pins from. I have purchased several pinball machines from them and will not buy from anyone else do to a bad experience from some other companies. The pinball company warranties their machines for a year after purchasing which is the one of the main reasons why I only buy from them. If you are looking to buy a pinball machine or arcade game buy it from the pinball company they are the best.

I had finally gotten to a point where I could relax and add something to my collection that I have wanted for years. I made the decision to get a pinball machine. I didn't want anything fancy or to break the bank, but I did want it to be loud and have a lot of lights. I contacted the pinball company and discussed with them what I wanted and they also asked about my interests. I'm Ret. U.S. Air Force and after my discussion with the Pinball Company, they said they had just what I needed. The referred me to the F-14 Tom Cat. Not a new model but still had may miles left in her. They assured me that the machine has been maintained by them and that there work is guaranteed. They left me with no doubt about my purchase. They even had a video of my machine that they sent me so I knew what I was getting. This pinball machine id everything I wanted. I had a little glitch a while back and they talked me through it over the phone. Although it was a used machine, it runs like a Champ and I am very pleased.

I ordered a jukebox from The Pinball Company and placed a down payment. Several months went by without receiving any notice of shipment. When I called I was told that a part was on back order and the machines were not being built because of this. I understand back orders, but I don't understand the lack of information from the seller. I asked for a refund of my deposit and it was immediately refunded . I am disappointed that I wasted several months on a product that could not be delivered. The solution would have been better communication from the seller.

We first bought a used Pirates of the Caribbean from the Pinball Company. The poor game had several issues (not the Pinball Co. fault). The Pinball Company promptly sent out a tech and when components were going to take a long time to fix, they immediately offered us another unit if we did not want to wait...Avatar...new and out of the box. The owner told us it was a challenging game and we still love it even a few years later!! I thought we would have changed it out by now, but everyone still enjoys it! I doubt another company would have done as much to make our experience turn out as well as it did! Excellent customer service.

I have purchesd 3 pinns in the last two years....I keep comming back because of the very knowegable and friendly service.

I did a lot of research before purchasing my pinball machine. I was able to speak to the 'owners' to get the information that I needed in order to make a sound purchase. Once I received my machine, it was ready to play immediately. However, as will most machines, parts need to be replaced. The people at The PinBall Company helped me right away and shipped what I needed quickly and a little or no cost to me. No matter the questions I had, they were always quick to answer. Great Company.
