Initially I was skeptical , but due to my situation I went in, then after first consultation with Pavan I got confidence so that I can visit again, then after few consultation he made me realise what was happening to me, how I can get out of it completely, how I can change my view of looking and experiencing things.

Being Myself
Pavan felt more like a friend with whom we can open up and vent out. After the therapy I am being honest with my feelings. He made me realize that it is okay to be upset, sad and depressed instead of wearing a fake mask. Running away from pain will always haunt us.
