Its very important to have someone to share the painful phase of life to boost us for our next phase of life as the time doesn't stop for us. Defeating Depression, Anxiety and Negative Thinking - My Story
After number of bad starts with many therapists, i was skeptical about seeing another therapist but yet after certain sets of overthinking i decided to just give it go for one last time and that was the best decision i have made.
Pavan really helped me to identify the base thought of negative and self defeating thinking, which i faced after going through a prominent phase alone in life which actually affected my career as well. Very empathetic and truly a magician in my life.
This actually helped me focus better at my work and now im happier and out spoken. So anyone reading this, if you are thinking therapy is the end or therapy is the last option i suggest you to take a introductory session with Pavan im sure that will be the decision you would celebrate as milestone in your life.

Prices can be reduced
It was good, but I believe therapy was bit costly.
Instead of one session it should have been divided in multiple session.
