Very great price. Great condition and timely delivery!

Efficient staff! Great inventory and service on a consistent basis.

Was not able to order through the app and had to use a browser. Took me multiple attempts to get this transaction to process. Also the item was marked in “very good” condition and it’s not even close to very good. There are stains that were not mentioned in the description.

I was very disappointed with the item ordered. I feel that a valid ‘pic’ showing ‘true’ size would be invaluable.
I had to blink ‘cause I almost missed it….🧐

I wasn't impressed with the manner they handled my issue but they were great about staying in contact which I do appreciate.

You all let the consumer how long it will be before they receive their packages and your on time.

Sellers Beware! The field people DO NOT give you the commission rates that you would ever accept. They give you vague examples and then you find you received 20% on most clothes. Do not consign with them. The field reps are on commission.

Shipping, price and Quality, Brand new Orange Gucci 77. Tried to find forever.
Have all colors but orange 🍊.
Unfortunately I have to return.
I were 9+, 10/11. Some shoes my Aces etc can go smaller.
These are true 10,8+ just to small.

I'm first time ever was tried to consignment my purses with this company. From day number 1 I had only negative feelings from this company,first, at the store they took my suit case went through my stuff without my present and took 21 pieces without exact description of them.
Second,their agent (good lie trained) contacted me and assured that I'm going to have 60% earnings and if I'm not agree they will return my items at any time for free back to me.If agent has clear transparency,I would never signed up in the first place.
In reality everything is a big lie!
The RealReal is making 80% of profit and I'm only going to have 20%, from my own items?!
When I realized that ,contacted customer service right away to cancel my contract with them, before item been proccesed and authenticated, but they are trying to prolong their process to charge me a $20 fee for that.
This is ridiculous company I ever see in my life.
I do not want to lose my hardworking money.

Extremely professional love the concierge service made it much easier for them to come to me and pick up what I had to sell with TRR. Angela was amazing and most helpful through this entire process.
