Update to my review. Apparently they have 'ceased trading' but I don't think this is true and they are now called Thermal Heating Supplies. Companies House say directors are still active

These cowboys were sub-contracted in by another firm (Koze Home) to install Solar panels on my roof. They seemed friendly enough at first but ended up doing a terrible install of the system. They have torn holes in my roof membrane, badly drilled the roof mounts which has damaged my roof joists and made a mess of the wiring (a contractor who came into repair it said it could have burnt the entire house down). The electrician even broke my toilet seat. When I raised this with them my phone number got blocked.

Poor service and they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to Solar PV installs! Be warned!

Installed Jan 2021 took 3 months for them to reply when trying to book first service - offered 5 years free servicing! Already had a problem with the boiler, they finally sent Worcester out to sort and now i have another issue with it (second winter) and surprise surprise cannot get hold of them - have emailed now as all phones are either not taking messages or not recognised. After care is non existant - i have now gone to Worcester for advice. Are they even still trading?

Had my boiler installed with Thermal heating paying for a 5year service plan. The service was due July 22.I have tried contacting the company, had been given excuses and to call back. Then no joy! They need to be honest & fulfil agreements to hard working HONEST people !! Unless calls/ messages are returned I shall be taking legal advice.

It has been a year since my Boiler was fitted by this company and was surprised they did not contact me for a service, so I decided to ring them. I gave up after 3 days, nobody answers the phone or emails, so I rang the Sales Manager (Director) who did eventually ring me back after I had left a message. By then I had made alternative arrangements for the service but was surprised at the excuses given by the sales manager for the complete lack of service to its customers.
The Boiler Service by my Combi man was excellent and pointed out a few things that were not completed during the installation mainly the Commissioning Checklist & Warranty Validation Record was blank.
I did have a few issues with the installation but they had to come back and put things right.
Poor Installation Poor After Sales Service, I would not recommend this company, go elsewhere.

AVOID! Zero aftercare. I was sold new boiler with service included every year for 5 years. Company have been impossible to contact for over 3 months. Absolute scam. Considering legal action now...

Had a boiler fitted in July 2021. Was promised a 5 year service for the new boiler. We have had nothing but trouble since. I have called to book said service on numerous occasions more than once a day at all different times and they never answer the phone, respond to the voice messages or reply to emails, even though it states they will reply with in 24 hours. Absolute waste of time and appalling lack of aftercare for customers.

Complete bathroom installation.
Thermal heating have just transformed our bathroom. We’ve just bought a house with a relatively new bathroom but wanted to take out the bath and this meant changing pretty much everything.
We had about 5 quotes for the work and Mark who came out was by no means the cheapest but right from the off I had complete confidence that these guys knew what they were doing.
We did have a couple of things we wanted looked at once the job was finished and the next day they were there putting it right with no issues at all.
I’d highly recommend these guys. Mark rob and the rest of the team were great.

This company is run by liars . I had my boiler fitted Nov 2020 with 5 years service free . By Nov 2021 should have service done , I made almost 20 calls in last 2 months but no response of my call they just take your number and never call back to discuss about service. I even emailed them with my frustration but no reply.
They may be good for installation as came in next day . But service for 5 years free don’t seems like true .
I would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent service with great value for price. Really pleased with new boiler. Even helped us choose one and guided us through using it and made sure we were 100% happy before leaving.

Just had a brand new intergas exclusive 30kw boiler fitted in my new house as the old one was on its last legs. Rob called to the house inspected the situation and recommended the intergas. Cracking boiler easy to use and looks good which is a bonus. I also had the hive heating wireless thermostat which is brilliant as you can work the heating from your phone when your not at home. I would highly recommend thermal heating to anyone who is looking for any plumbing work done. Great service, polite, very clean and Rob took the time to explain things thoroughly. Top company.

We have just had our boiler replaced by Thermal Heating Ltd. Outstanding service, from Mark who gave us the quote to Conor and Lewis who installed our boiler the service was fantastic. I am more than happy to recommend these guys.
The replacement of our old back boiler with a new condensing boiler took less than two days and they worked like trojans throughout. The guys were polite, tidy and careful, a credit to themselves and the company.

A very professional company. From the friendly informative survey, where Mark was happy to answer all our questions, explaining why he recommended the veissman boiler we chose. Even to helping us select non standard radiators, from another company. The installation was smooth and efficient and the engineers were happy to come back and fit our designer radiators when they arrived. Finally we got a call from Mark to check we were happy and to see if we had any questions. I would highly recommend Thermal Heating Ltd

Initial visit and advice from Mark informative and very helpful. Two small jobs incomplete, but otherwise excellent. The engineers were efficient, pleasant and otherwise thoroughly professional.

Great company to deal with. work was done to a high standard and Neil was very polite and a hard worker would recommend to any one who requires a new replacement boiler

Very friendly and helpful service at a competitive price. The heating engineer and his apprentice were very tidy and left the house in good order. I would happily use them again if the need arose
