Had a new boiler fitter today. What can I say excellent service. Rob and his team turned up on time, even though they had to work around our builder they still had the work done on time. Very professional and very polite. I have no problems in recommending them to anyone.

Arrived on time, gave any information and advise required. Both fitters were friendly, polite and professional. Left the home as found and took all packaging / waste. All work carried out as per quotation. Gave us a five year service plan and boiler has a 10 year guarantee. Overall, an excellent service, would highly recommend.

On every issue of substance the boiler installation was very quick, efficient, and clean. The quoting process had also been excellent with all queries being speedily handled.

A tiny issue of detail was that I found that the airing cupboard shelf had not been put back at the end of the installation. If I hadn't had to struggle with it, I wouldn't have noticed. As it is, I give them 4.9 stars or 5 stars to the nearest whole number!

My daughter needed a new gas boiler rather quickly before a kitchen upgrade. First time we have used Thermal Heating. From visit to quote to doing the installation was on time and on budget. Mark is a good communicator and installation guys worked A long day to finish and left a clean neat job.

We had a new system boiler installed by Thermal heating. From the quote till the work completed, they were very friendly.
Special thanks to Mr.Mark. He answered to all queries and made very good recommendations. The engineers Mr.Neil and Mr.Lewis did a fantastic job. Well organized and executed the job very well. Pleased with the cleanliness after the job. Both had good technical knowledge and interacted in a very friendly manner.

After receiving quote from many, I found Thermal Heating offered value for money with their 5 year service plan and 10 year warranty for the boiler.

Beyond pleased with the service provided by Thermal heating ltd! We recently had a new boiler and all new radiators fitted with them and couldn’t have asked for a better job. Their communication was amazing, always quick responses and they provided recommendations as we were unsure on some things which was very helpful! The whole job was completed in 2 days which was brilliant and the price we paid was even better considering quotes we had received from 3 other companies! Couldn’t recommend Thermal Heating enough, they are now coming back to install all our bathrooms too, amazing company!

I obtained 4 quotes for my boiler replacement & selected Thermal Heating Ltd.
Mark (Sales Manager) was very helpful when conducting the pre-quote survey & recommended a Weissmann boiler. (Vitodens 050-W 29kw). He responded quickly to my query as to whether I should upgrade to the 100-30kw model explaining that the only real difference was the digital control panel on the front & since my heating would be controlled by a wireless thermostat anyway, there would be little benefit. In his opinion the 050 represented the best value for money. He also recommended the Hive controller.
Installation by Connor & Leo was quickly & efficiently
carried out with no mess & all rubbish was taken away. Connor ran through the controls & made recommendations on the settings.
The recent spell of cold weather gave the opportunity to try the system & we very pleased with its performance & the easy to use Hive controller.
Thermal Heating were honest & straightforward throughout & I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
They also provide a 10 year warranty & 5 years
service agreement for only £99

Got new boiler installed today.
From the quotation to installation the journey was flawless.
Mark gave me couple of choices of boilers with proper explanation and competitive price and even done a fantastic deal on 5 x Yearly Service .
The two engineers( Connor & Lewis) who came in today to install were very polite, friendly and professional. After installation they gave me instructions on how to operate and answered all of my queries.
Everything went really smooth and they left my home neat and tidy with no trace of them being there apart from the shiny new boiler :-)

Had a new combi and radiators fitted. Professional from beginning too the end of job. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. They went above and beyond and polite at all times. Plus the price was great.

Had a new boiler installed today, thermal heating had to remove my 40 year old back boiler and put a new one in my attic, as well as fit a radiator in my living room. Firstly they were the cheapest with British Gas asking double !! They’re offering a 5 year service plan and 10 year guarantee, that’s excellent.
They said it was going to take 2 days but they did it in one. They were on time and worked non stop all day and Rob, Connor and the apprentice where such nice friendly guys. I’m so pleased I choose Thermal heating because I couldn’t fault them and their hard work 👍

Replaced a 12+ year old Combi-Boiler. Everyone from Mark, the surveyor, to Danny, the installation, engineer were helpful and professional throughout. The new installation is a vast improvement over the old one, and a great deal neater and cleaner in general.

This is the first time we’ve had to have a new boiler and central heating installed so the whole process was new to us but Mark was fantastic in offering his advice to us through the whole process. The quote they gave was very competitive and it included a discounted five year service plan which was the deciding factor for me. The works were completed on time and the installation team were very professional, friendly and with good attention to detail. They even hoovered the stairs which was a nice touch.
