Very happy with the service we received. After being told it could take up to 1.5 days to install a combi boiler, they had finished by 3pm after starting promptly at 7.30am. Rob, Lewis and Connor were so polite, kind and diligent. Would definitely recommend them.

I was specifically after an Intergas RF 30kw combi boiler to replace my current one. After searching I found Thermal Heating were one of the few local installers who were happy to quote and I learnt they stand by Intergas as a product. With the new boiler I also required a remote smart thermostat (Honeywell T6R) wired to OpenTherm.

After an initial visit by them for a quote we agreed a price and a date to install. On install day the team arrived on time and they were all great and did their best to adhere to social distancing etc. The boiler was installed in same place and completed in the morning. No mess and all paperwork handed over. They were happy to supply and wire the thermostat to Opentherm which the Intergas works brilliantly with.

It has now been over a month since the boiler was installed. It has been so much better than the old one. Hot water is quicker to arrive and flows faster and hotter. Heating is better with more control than before. Gas bill is considerably smaller. I had a small niggle which required a return visit to install a shock arrestor and also shift the boiler condense pipe and they did without hesitation which is top notch service. I recommend them and Intergas combi boilers to anyone who requires a replacement boiler

We had a boiler removed from one location and a new one installed in a different location. The guys arrived on time and set to work at an amazing pace. By the end of the day everything had been completed as expected.

Every new boiler that is installed comes with five years free servicing. This gave us the confidence that our new boiler would be installed competently and professionally.

The quote given to us was the most comprehensive, the shortest duration, and amazingly the cheapest.

Following the installation, we had a question, which Rob responded to immediately.
