I paid in full over 6 months ago and have never received the Thermapillow. I have requested a refund on numerous occasions but no money has been refunded. I have received emails saying my refund has escalated to their Manager.
And now the email address that I have been emailing is not recognised!! TOTAL SCAM

Either it is a total scam or they are the most incompetent bunch of people ever assembled. Ordered in Nov 2020, nothing received. Emails saying that it’s on it’s way, it’s being shipped, they have a tracking number. Asked for refund several times. Nothing happens. They shamelessly promote their product on social media without allowing customers to leave reviews on all the platforms they use (for obvious reasons). Original pages on Facebook and Instagram have been taken down. Totally faceless. Do not give your money to them. I will be trying to initiate a chargeback through my bank.
Horrendous company
Horrendous service and company. They constantly lie that your item is just about to be packed and shipped so they can't refund me. My order has been packed about once a month (according to the emails) since November! I genuinely wanted this item to help someone in pain but they are lying, money grabbing pond scum.
Absolute SCAM
Absolute SCAM. Ordered the pillow in November and paid in full. I have never received it and although I kept getting emails saying they were going to reimburse me I haven’t received any money back. They have now stopped replying to my emails. I will never again buy anything advertised on Facebook. I ordered a heated pillow from amazon (as it was a Christmas present for one of my sons) it arrived the following day and cost half the price of the one from Thermapillow. What dreadful people they must be making a living by scamming hard working people.

Customer service is a joke, they replied once or twice saying that there was a delay in production, but here we are 5 months later with no answer, no item and no refund. We've tried to raise a fraud request with our bank, although not very optimistic.
Massive scam
Poor customer service, very vague when it came to emails. Email were poorly written and not really in english! Waited 3 months for product - ordered in November, to be told its coming its on its way. We have decided to get a refund only it looks like it will be through the bank.

This Company is a disgrace. I ordered in November after seeing on Facebook that a friend had one and, after checking with her, I duly ordered mine. There is a Company with a similar name, Theropillow (which I believe is a completely genuine and reliable Company) which I have since found out is the one that my friend bought through Amazon. I have been fobbed off by Thermapillow (delays in warehouse, soon be delivered, etc) and I have now emailed them and asked that my order be cancelled and for a full refund, although I don't hold out much hope. I have also changed the card details which I used to order as a precautionary measure to ensure that they cannot take any more money from my account.

Probably a scam business DO NOT BUY - I ended up having to get a refund through the help of my bank as this company was entirely unhelpful and kept fobbing me off 'Don't worry, it's coming soon, we've have unprecedented demand' blah blah blah, had enough of this after no product materialised after months of waiting, demanded a refund, and it's been silence from their customer service department. Can I give them 0 stars? Negative stars? I ordered 2 of these WAY in advance for Christmas and they took way too long to arrive, I had to figure out another option for Christmas. I tried to cancel my order and they DID NOT help me do so. Once I did receive my package finally, I emailed right away for a return and they were extremely unresponsive. I emailed them again with video and photo evidence proof that I did not open the package, and yet this is still not enough. I am still going back and forth with this terrible excuse for a company to try and get my money back. Never again will I get fall for SCAM OF A COMPANY like this. I repeat — DO NOT BUY.

I ordered this item at the beginning of December of 2020. After never receiving a receipt or shipping info I emailed them and kept getting the run around and vague emails using every excuse as to why my order hasn't shipped, was promised it would arrive by Christmas and never did. Before Christmas I requested a refund and they said they had to ship the item to me first and complete the order before they could refund me. This all started to sound so fishy to me. So finally at the end of December they said they would issue a refund to me, which they never did. Then 3 weeks later I receive the item in the mail shipped in a shipping envelope, the box is all beat up, we didn’t want the item any longer so we never opened it, and now for the last week and a half I have been fighting them to issue me a refund like they originally said. And the beat up box with the item looks very generic, something you would see at the dollar store. So I called my bank and reported them to the Better Business Buru. I believe they are a fake company trying to scam people out of their money.

I ordered from this company way before Christmas. Still haven’t received my order. They keep saying due to corona virus orders are late. I have asked for a full refund and suddenly emails have gone quiet. Would advise people Not to place an order with this company.

I ordered a Christmas gift in mid-November and was promised it would arrive before Christmas. They processed my payment immediately. When it was clear that it wouldn't arrive in time, I asked them to cancel my order and I ordered something else (which came in 2 days). They said they would cancel it. Days later when I asked for confirmation of the cancellation, they said they couldn't cancel it because it had left their warehouse. It arrived in mid-January (2 months later). I asked for a return shipping label and they said they needed a photo of the unopened "package" so I sent a photo of the unopened product. Then I was told they cannot take it back because I opened the plastic bag that it shipped in. And now they have stopped responding - by the way you can only communicate with them via email and it takes at least 2 days each time for a response. This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I wish I checked reviews before purchasing.

Don’t buy here. I ordered 2 , 1 for my Mom and one for my wife for Xmas presents , was promised I would receive in 3-5 Days , not months. Ordered on November 3rd and got them middle of January. You can’t get ahold of these people and when you do it’s a robotic message. They used every excuse , it’s Black Friday , Monday madness , it’s Thanksgiving , it’s Covid , it’s shipping , it’s Xmas etc etc .. so December 18th , I didn’t have it so I ordered 2 on Amazon , same thing , cheaper and got Amazons in 3 days in time for Xmas. I tried to send back they won’t refund money.

Scam, horrible people, they tell you its on its way and then never respond to your emails again. I'm in the middle of a credit card dispute as well. Really upsetting experience.
CHECK FOR RECURRING PAYMENTS
I ordered one of their pillows on 6 November 2020 and have yet to receive it. The correspondence I've been having with them is amounts to "It's coming soon", Problems due to Covid-19", "Sorry, we can't issue a refund as it's just about to be dispatched" etc.
As a result, I started the chargeback process with my bank as I paid with my debit card only to find out that they had set up a recurring payment without my permission which the bank duly cancelled.
If you unlucky enough to have purchased anything from them, check your bank or credit card company to make sure they haven't set up a recurring payment without your knowledge.
