Only leaving one star because I can't leave zero. Ordered Nov 13 and got repeated non-specific messages about delays. Got tracking number but it just says USPS is awaiting the product. Disputing charge w/cc company. Avoid these jokers.

I ordered Nov 9th and have not received it. Rec'd a tracking# which shows no updates for weeks, I think I got suckered into a scam. :(

For those who have given one star reviews, please please please report them to the Better Business Bureau! The company is a TOTAL SCAM!!! I ordered two pillows back in November, and have yet to receive anything. I asked for a refund, because it clearly states on their website that if the item has not shipped out yet, your money will be refunded. Instead, I keep getting versions of “Don’t worry, you are next in line, and we will send out tracking information as soon as available”. Total bullsh*t!!
Also, they have shut off commenting on their social media pages, surprise surprise. I will definitely be filing a claim through my credit card. I just wish there was a way we could stop them from scamming so many others out there!

Thermapillow is a scam. On the company website it states the HQ is in Fremont Ca. on the Better Business Bureau website the company is recognize as an american company. I have disputed my charge with my credit card and will file a complaint with the BBB as an international company which I'm guessing is China like all others.

Believe all of the terrible reviews on here! This company is a SCAM! It said their product shipped and would arrive in 6-8 days. I waited a month and half and nothing. They don’t respond when you reach out to the company. I disputed the charge with Chase and magically they emailed me three days later saying they were working on the order. I asked them to cancel it because I no longer wanted it and magically it had already shipped out! I asked for a return label then and they won’t give me one. They said I can’t return it. Stay as far away from this company as possible. They should be reported to the BBB

Ugh. Darn those Instagram adds. This is such a scam. Ordered the middle of November and after 5 emails I do t have my item and they’re not refunding my item. They continue to say that it’s going to be released. I’ve said I no longer want the item and I want to cancel. They keep putting me off and will not do so. Stay away!!

Placed my order on 9th November and was assured I would receive it by Christmas.
Now they are telling me they won’t know when they will send it and ‘if there’s anything they can do to uplift my experience with their company’.
Do not order anything from them because they don’t deliver.
Chargeback request going into my credit card company today

Avoid at all cost. Ordered in early November and as of mid December still nothing. Customer service replies are sporadic and only after a week. You can get the same products or better with other companies.
Now I am trying to get a refund but they keep making up excuses despite the cancellation policy on their website.
Absolutely avoid.

Ordered beginning of December, getting no response or nothing from the owners on the website. Going to make a claim back from my bank, never ordering from anything on Facebook ads again. Pure scams!

Ordered, got a tracking number for an item that was sent in November, and was delivered. And I ordered beginning of December, work that one out.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I can't give zero. Total scam, ordered 2nd November, automated replies to all comunications, they are just stealing people's money. Wish I'd looked into it a bit more before buying. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid, I think it’s a scam. I’ve ordered back in October and am now trying to receive a refund. Customer support not replying to me via email, Facebook or insta!

I ordered 3 of these on Nov. 1st. No order number, nothing from the company. There is no way to get a hold of them. I've sent numerous emails, posted on instagram, NOTHING. I want a refund now!

UPDATE! received my entire order and I am happy with the product. They have been overwhelmed with orders, which is great, but need to up their customer service game going forward.

Ordered goods beginning of November. There is no sign of goods or tracking number. Extremely bad service. Reviews /responses are switched off on social media pages! I want to cancel my order! Don’t know how to do it?
