As all the people stated below. The company is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY. It took over 3 months to receive the order, now I am trying to return with no luck. About to go through a credit card dispute, if I do not receive my money back.

DO NOT ORDER! My pillow was delivered over 6 weeks later and I asked multiple times to cancel my order which they couldn’t. They said I could return it once it arrives. Package arrives and I open it because there was no clear writing on the package saying thermapillow. I cut open the package, then don’t take them out since I will be returning. I email to say I’m ready to start the return and they said since I opened the package due to covid and chance of contamination, they can’t honor the return! What absolute BS! I want my money back NOW. This is a joke. Please shut them down. If you aren’t going to honor your 90 day money back guarantee, then get that off your website.

Ordered my pillow on 12/9/20, finally received it today (1/16/21). It seems I was more fortunate than others who have posted reviews here, though I did try several times to cancel my order after reading these reviews as their website guarantees you can cancel if it does not ship within 20 days, which mine obviously did not. Of course, I was told "it's getting ready for processing so we cannot cancel blah blah blah." I am happy with the product now that has arrived, though it is called "Car and Home Massage Pillow." Thermapillow's name is nowhere to be found on any of the packaging, so I'm guessing they're just a third party seller of this product from China. The product did ship from California, however. My biggest concern now is that they won't honor their 90-day money back guarantee should something go wrong, though this other company appears to have a 1 year warranty. Either way, would not recommend the hassle of purchasing from this company.

This company is a scam. Please beware when placing an order. I ordered on 10/31/20, never received a confirmation although my credit card was charged and was provided three different USPS tracking numbers over the course of three months. The first two were never shipped out thus delaying their scam time. It was not until I filed a complaint with the BBB and Federal Trade Commission that the pillow was shipped and arrived too late to give as a Xmas gift. Now I'm in return hell. No phone number and they do not respond to email. Hopefully, the FTC will shut them down.

Absolute garbage of a company. I placed an order 5th November 2020. The site said due to delays in manufacturing it could take 14-20 days for the order, it has now been over 2 months. They also state that I can cancel and get a full refund if it is not shipped after the expected time frame.
I have contacted them numerous times to be told the same lies in that there has been a HIGH as amount of orders and the delay has been affected by the Covid situation.
They have then told me my shipment is ready and waiting to be sent out.
They then apologise for the delay and say they are doing a follow up on the items after which they say there were movements with the products which are usually sent in batches and offer me a 10% refund.
I have said I want a full refund and will return the items and they don’t reply.
What a waste, what a total scam.

If I could give zero reviews, I absolutely would. I ordered ONE PILLOW on November 16, 2020 and I still have not received it. I have contacted ThermaPillow countless times, and they keep telling me the same thing: DUE TO COVID, longer delivery, but it's on its way. Well, two months later, still no pillow. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM, AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO SHUT THEM DOWN. I WILL ALSO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM. It always boggles my mind how low people will stoop to take advantage of others, especially and particularly during the holidays and during a pandemic. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY - GO BUY A PILLOW ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE UNIVERSE, JUST STEER CLEAR OF THIS JOKE OF A WEBSITE. PATHETIC!!!!

I ordered this pillow and because there was a money back guarantee I felt it would be okay to try it. Little did I know that this guarantee is subject to you not even opening the package to see what it is. There is nothing on the label to identify what is In the package. So you must open it to see what was delivered. They give you a 90 day guarantee, but you can’t open it to look at it. If you do, you are violating the guarantee(which they don’t tells you before your order. They are citing the pandemic as the reason to not take it back after it has been opening. IF You ARE THINKING OF BUYING, BEWARE.!!!!!!! Fraud Don’t do it!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered on Nov 7th, typical robot responses to my emails regarding my purchase. They charged my card right away, so I disputed the charge and then it showed up on Jan. 6th. I asked Therma Pillow what address I should return it to so I can get a refund, they asked me to send pictures of it unopened. So, I did. Keep in mind, there is nothing on the outside packaging indicating what it is. Nothing said Therma Pillow, so I opened it to see what it was (I thought it was shoes I ordered). I sent them the pics of the fully wrapped in bubble wrap Therma Pillow box and they said because I opened the outer package they couldn't refund my money due to Corona. WHATEVER. So, I'm still disputing this with them. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. Total scam.

I ordered 2 Thermapillows as Christmas gifts Nov 4, 2020.....just FINALLY received them today Jan 11, 2021. They were "In Stock" at the time I ordered. They also advertised that this was an American manufacturing company......boxes I received today are MADE IN CHINA and the name THERMAPILLOW is not listed anywhere on packaging or enclosed literature. Also, my order was placed directly with "Thermapillow" website, not a 3rd party.
The massagers do work and the recipients are happy with their very late gifts. But I'm not sure the aggravation was worth it.
Buyer beware

I placed an order in November 2020 and I received the product on January 7, 2021. The item would be great if the charger was not so flimsy ! The cord is not long enough or sturdy enough to keep the product running. I sent thermapillow an email today and received an automated response that they will answer my email in a few days.

Bought early November with a promised delivery before Christmas. Never came and no response from customer service. I finally disputed the charge and it magically appeared 4 days later. It came in an unbranded, generic box. Seems to work ok so far. Slightly uncomfortable. Seems overpriced compared to other massage pillows out there.

I honestly would rate this company a big fat 0 "zero". This is nothing but a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. I tried to cancel several times and no one got back to me until I received an email stating I could not cancel because the product shipped. That was 7 weeks after the order was placed and I had emailed 3 times canceling. I received my credit card statement and was billed for this product the day I placed the order. I filed a claim with my credit card company refusing to pay the charge. I am refusing the delivery. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Please believe all of these reviews. The same thing happened me to, vague emails, tracking order with no updates, poor customer service. I ordered my pillow on Nov 8 and still have not received it. I have been in communication with the company multiple times and the issue has not resolved. I tried to cancel the order, but they would not let me, as the product supposedly had been shipped. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I’m in the middle of a credit card dispute with them. They didn’t ship the order for a month so I asked them to cancel my order. I asked them to cancel it PRIOR to shipment and they ignored my wishes. It’s supposedly on the way, I’m not keeping the order. You can also buy the same pillow from sharper image at cvs. If you use a cvs coupon, you can get it for $45-50 and get it in 2 days.

It’s a fraud. I ordered 3 pillows for my Mom and aunts as they have back issues. Have not received anything or any updates after ordering it more than 6 weeks ago. Consumer forum should be alerted of this fraudulent company.

I agree that I was feeling like it was a scam as many have suggested. I did, however, receive the massager today and it is great! It just took a looooong time to get here and a couple vague emails.

FRAUDULENT company. There is a current case with the FBI and FTC. Please report them to the FTC if you can!! Fake emails, fake shipping number, fake company. Call your bank and get your money back!

I would put 0 stars if that was an option. I sent several emails to cancel my order as I didn’t receive it in time for Christmas. Teach request was either ignored or I was told not to worry the order will be shipped. I sent follow-ups to indicate that I still wanted to cancel. This company is a total SCAM - I instead purchased a similar product via Amazon and received in two day. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB in an attempt to prevent future consumers from being schemed.

I ordered this pillow on 11/28. Like other reviews, when I sent inquiries, I got generic elusive responses. I sent email to cancel and was told that order was being filled at warehouse and could not cancel. I received email that order was shipped 12/28 and had tracking number. As of today, 1/2/2021, tracking is still not available. I have disputed this charge on my credit card. I would not order from this company, SCAM!!!!
