I got a beautiful custom corten steel picture from a hand drawn design which was both more affordable and more effective than I could have imagined. The Steel Gallery was very professional, from my initial tentative enquiry, through confirmation of the final design, order and delivery. Highly recommended.

Helpful team, can't fault them. Not so happy at the quality of the gate. Looked just like the pictures. Beautiful. However thin steel sheet, and small frame, combine to make it a very wobbly and bendy gate.
A bit more spent on the strength and it would have been perfect.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Quick quote when bespoke sizes were sent. Technical drawings sent and revised quickly. Even when I was being impatient and chased up shipping, I received a lovely, polite and helpful reply. And it even arrived on Good Friday when I was expecting it later, which was perfect timing to get it installed by a family member. Best thing is it looks great. Would highly recommend.

I'm delighted with our bespoke passageway gate. Very reasonable charge to develop a special design and took care to finalise and verify design details. Manufactured accurately to drawing so my installation went very smoothly. Very satisfied.

It should be made clear on the website that the gates are purely decorative and do not provide any security. I thought I asked about this on the phone but clearly I misunderstood. I love the gate design and finish but it's supplied with a really flimsy lock only suitable for an inside door - the screws are showing so anyone can come along and just unscrew it from the outside or kick it in.
The customer service is generally very helpful and if you just want a decorative product I would recommend them.

Excellent service from Mike, Aleisha and the delivery guy who loves Wales! Item was great, a bespoke corten steel planter, can't fault any aspect of the service from ordering, updates, design, price and delivery - highly recommend.

Bought a garden gate but the actual colour was totally different shade to the website, made a complain but this company blamed us not checking the colour code, the colour code is not shown in the product description but in FAQs section. Am I supposed to read every single sections in the website? The material is very thin, doesn’t look good quality. The colour shade is totally misleading, see pictures on Google review. They wanted to charge the return and stocking fee for over £40 even it was their fault, and they would not back down after a few emails exchanged l, insisting the company policy, we eventually got the full refund via our credit card company. This company doesn’t want to take responsibility for their own fault and doesn’t listen to customers feedback. The honest way is to photoshop your products to be a closer colour as possible on the website, not trying to mislead and blame your customers to cover your own fault.

Great customer service, kept up to date with delivery and weathering of screens which is a process to create the golden orange rust look. The screens look amazing!

The panels are so lovely ! Can’t wait to put them up / buy more will definitely be back !

Corten steel panels look great - we got four representing a big outlay but well worth it as they look great. Incorporated into back garden panel fence. Slight wrinkle with courier company but Aleisha was on the case and sorted it all out satisfactorily. Very happy.

I purchased 3 panels for a front wall they arrived on schedule but 2 were slightly bent in transit these have been reworked and arrived back within a week Excellent service good communication will use again.

Mike at The Steel Gallery was informative, knowledgeable and gave great advice. We are just finishing a major refurbishment on our property and were looking for something special to finish off the newly rendered walls. The Steel Corten Screens look amazing and The Steel Corten Gates provide a stylish but secure entryway. There is an extensive choice of designs and sizes, meaning you can use the screens in various points around your property.
Everything was delivered on time, well packaged with all fixings needed to install.

We had a bespoke panel made as a security grille for our village hall bar. The team were very helpful and our screen arrived exactly as requested.

Absolutely lovely powder-coated steel panels, grey with a tree pattern cut out, exactly as seen on their website. Not too difficult to fit to the matching posts. They look fantastic in my garden and I'm looking forward to growing a climber through the panels. A really modern twist on trellis. Sellers were helpful, responding patiently to all my enquiries and goods arrived within promised timescale. I prefer to shop with Paypal protection, so bought through Etsy.
