Loyalty isn't a thing anymore
I've purchased many times from this company, up to $300-$500 in total orders, my last order got misdelivered, it was for 2 braclets for $100, their custome service team was awful. No claim submitted, no help provided. Just a sorry, You're screwed. Anyways I charged it back. This is my experience with them.
