Very cheap sockets... Ordered a complete set/several to replace standard white units and the quality is flimsy, cheap and marks extremely easy. The screws that hold the wires are subject to snapping so trying to ensure connections are tight is risky because it's either snap, or too lose, otherwise they fall out. Would not recommend. Look for a quality website that sell quality components.

I see poor reviews here, but my experience has been excellent. Good products at good prices. Good communications and they dealt with an item I had mis-ordered without fuss

Products took a lot longer to come than advertised, got false shipping emails and then when they turned up were chipped and missing parts. Emailed to tell them and they offered a refund if the packaging hadn’t been opened.. which it had as that’s how I know they were chipped and missing parts

Shame as the product would have been nice if it was made properly

They are taking more than 2 days to dispatch an order.
I got an automated email that they received my order more than 2 days after placing the order.
They charge £5 for shipping and I should expect my switches next year.
Save yourself some time and go to a B&Q or Wickes or stay in the dark until these cats can be bothered to ship your order.

Really pleased with our purchases from here, first time purchases, items arrived on time and well packaged.

Switches are really well made and look a quality product, pleased to see they are made in Britain as well. We would definitely buy other products from here.

I've ordered several items from this company over recent months and always received a prompt, efficient service.
When the last item I ordered arrived it had a slight fault. I contacted The Switch Store by email and received a reply from Mark within a few minutes saying that a replacement would be sent to me, which duly arrived a few days later. A very simple process with no quibbling.
I would certainly use this company again without any hesitation. Reliable and trustworthy.

Bought some sockets and switches. The product were in good condition and the customer service was great. Easy to contact and replacement product sent in a couple of days.

Very slow service, Why should i wait weeks for a proiduct that will be delivered next day by others.

I got an email saying that I would receive my items after 5 - 7 days. After 2 weeks later I have not received my item so I asked for a refund.
I got a very unhelpful email in return saying that they had told me about the delays and basically tough luck. The reply incorrectly said that the items are arriving as fast as they promised. At the moment (over 2 weeks after I ordered) the order was dispatched 4 days by hermes and still no sign of it and no sign of a refund.
An hour after writing this review I got a much more friendly message that apologised for the delayed order (that was the first apology I received despite the message saying "I would like to apologise again") and offering to arrange pickup of the item and a refund when it does finally arrive.
