Dependable transporters
Reliable transporters. I was initially a little hesitant to send my Yamaha Music Keyboard by road. However, since it was in OEM packaging, I took the risk of sending it from Goa to Bangalore.
They not only delivered it promptly, but it also looked intact.

The transporter review
The team responses are very prompt and polite. Amit (Transporter employee) has done a great job in creating a great ecosystem for his customers and talks politely all the time. The pickup and packing of stuff was done really well and no harm to the package was done.
The delivery was delayed by 2 weeks from the date of receiving which was a point of concern and could be improved with time. Else would really recommend others to use their services.

Worst Packer and Mover Service
I used their services for packing and shifting from Bangalore to another city in the North.
Really poor and pathetic service. All fragile items are broken. Some expensive items are stolen. No unloading was done by them despite being included in the initial agreement.
Tldr - Shoddy service all around. Won't recommend. Save your money and look for a different vendor.

Timely, hassle-free and safe service
I've used their service twice to deliver 2 boxes and then 1 box with clothes and books from Bengaluru to Mumbai. I was worried about the boxes getting soaked due to the rains but the delivery from the point of collection to delivery which took 3-4 days was on time and reached perfectly safe and in good condition.
