Poor Delivery
The online product selection and purchase process was very good. Pricing was competitive, and communication on dispatch and delivery was very good. But your delivery partner, rang our doorbell, didn't wait for a response, and just left the products in a box on our front door step on a busy street....poor service

I bought the 15 and the 21 year old Bowmore single malts. The delivery was fast and well packaged everything was as it should be. Really good service and I will use them again. The 15 year old is already opened and it's amazing!

They had my selection, checkout was a breeze, I had to request a special delivery to a UK address from the US and customer service was quick to respond and answer my questions, package was delivered ahead of time with excellent packaging.
