Excellent service from start to finish. All my questions were answered promptly. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The holiday in India was superb with excellent ground handlers. Would recommend this company

After 3 days in Vietnam we were quarantined!
THG were AMAZING in getting supplies to us and arranging ever changing flights back home!!
Bev was in constant communication with us, so never felt alone!!

Great until you need a refund!
I have no problems with Secret escapes and have used them to book some great holidays. However I do have issues with a certain travel agent they use THG, I paid for upgraded seats with Thai airways (£400)and due to the plane being changed my wife and I did not receive an upgrade. THG states they would reclaim the monies paid. 8 months later I am still waiting. Escalated to their manager who after initial contact refuses to reply to any emails. Thai airways also refuse to answer. Use Secret escapes but check it’s not THG supplying the holiday.
