After getting a little frustrated initially with the wait time to get through on the phone I received such excellent service it was worth the wait! The process is not designed for someone away from home with poor communication links. It asked for documents that I don't carry on my boat, currently sailing on the West coast of Scotland. Fortunately I had electronic evidence for most of the process, but not all. The help desk was very helpful on the 3 occasions that I contacted them and I hope that my response was adequate to meet the needs, having taken me most of the day to complete.

As the property sald price was covered by the sale of our house I entered the new property purchase price in as what we would be paying from our house sale the it said I had to set other payment means fif thd stamp duty. Tried to update the value entered by using g edit function but it would not save new value?

Company had a live contact center which is amazing rather than the bots done by some, the service and suppport provided by the Agent was brilliant.
However the app should have an option to add notes incase additional information needs to be provided during document submission.

The app kept saying that my name and address didn't match up with the data I had already given them, and so had me repeatedly confirm my name and address over and over again. After around 45 minutes of this nonsense, it asked me to re-upload my proof of address document (which I had tried to do before, but was blocked from doing), and then the check said everything was fine. The document was EXACTLY the same as the first I had uploaded, and I attempted entering my details different ways (all block capitals, all lowercase etc.) each time it told me to re-enter them. It was obviously a bug in the app, terrible considering what confidential data it processes! I also had a problem with the face scan after my passport was scanned. The bright flashing colours and lights on the screen during the scan were almost unbearable - quite an awful experience. Considering what they charge for their services, all the above is shameful. I DO NOT recommend this app to anyone.

Mostly worked fine, a few UI annoyances with the keyboard not being hidden and hiding buttons.
It also failed to detect my face on my passport. Switched to my driving license and everything was fine after though.
