Ok but slightly difficult to use
I found this app slightly difficult to use for two reasons. 1. Fields further down my phone screen were obscured by the keypad (Gboard) so I had to guess what I was typing. The screen didn't and wouldn't scroll to bring the field into view. 2. When asking me to verify funds and income for the proposed transaction, it was inflexible in the user journey it sent me on. It asked for documents I could not provide but the fact that I couldn't provide them did not mean I was ineligible to make the transaction, simply that the app could not account for my slightly unorthodox but perfectly legitimate self employment situation.

Software problem in the source of funds
Waited on the phone for nearly 13 minutes and when answered l asked my question regarding source of funding and when l tried to complete the section l was unable to. I therefore put a date in the past and was the successful in completing the section. The software doesn’t allow for the ability to bypass this question. I will not be taking money out of a high interest account early so l can complete the verification process
