Disgusting SCAM. No bonuses or promotions (deposit nor non deposit), rigged slots with crazy low RTP, pathetic support that ignore what you write to them every single time and you basically NEVER EVER WIN ANYTHING AT ALL. I have deposited TENS of times and could never cash out a decent profit.. STAY AWAY from these scammers and thieves at ALL COSTS if you want at least to enjoy your casino experience.

I used to think this was one of the best online casinos. In the beginning, the experience felt fair, exciting, and actually rewarding. After many losses, I finally hit a max win — but overall I was already down more than $2,000.

Since then, everything feels completely different. It honestly feels like some kind of “shadow ban” on my account. No matter which provider I try or whether I play original games, it’s just constant losses. It no longer feels based on luck anymore.

What makes the experience even worse is the support and chat moderators. Almost every admin I spoke to had a huge ego and treated customers badly instead of trying to help. It feels like they forgot who the customer is.

I had some great moments here before, but now it just feels frustrating and disappointing.

This is hands down the worst online casino I’ve ever used. Nothing about it feels transparent or trustworthy.
Their reward program is a complete joke. It feels deliberately misleading.

The gameplay itself is extremely suspicious. The RTP feels heavily manipulated. I never once experienced anything that resembled a fair win. Losing streaks are constant.

Overall, Thrill Casino comes across as deceptive, predatory, and designed purely to drain money without offering fair play.
I strongly recommend staying far away unless you’re comfortable throwing your money into a black hole.
Don't even think of giving it a try. Just look at how many negative reviews they got, and all concerns are similar.
This is a low class online casino. Find something decent and avoid this rubbish site at all costs.

Quite honestly a shit Casino with horrible VIP TRANSFER they time lock your VIP transfer to 30 days that includes a wager goal… if you don’t make the goal the VIP TRANSFER DOES NOT HAPPEN!! Expect me to wager 150k in 30 days sure…..

I keep coming back to Thrill because the overall experience just feels better. The platform is smooth, and there's also knowing that all my bets are earning me rewards so there is always somehting to look forward to.

That said, the main reason for this review is the customer support. I had a fairly complex Responsible Gambling situation, and the team handled it within just a couple of hours. That level of responsiveness really stood out to me and made me feel safe on the platform.

Amazing casino. Great bonuses, easy-to-navigate site, and excellent mods and hosts.

I joined in August of 2025 before they had any real bonuses live like they do now: reloads, daily/weekly races, etc.

My biggest issue pertains to the bonuses not being live when i joined because I had a 1.9m wager week shortly before they introduced reloads, so I missed out on that opportunity, which is a little upsetting but what can you do? They also upped the level-up rewards right after I reached Ignite II, and that was a $200 difference. So, between the missed reload opportunity and the $200 level bonus, I feel like I missed out on a very significant amount because I joined so early. If I would have waited, I would have received those bonuses. That's my only complaint, though. Overall, I think it's one of the best online casinos out there.

Thrill casino is the worst! Customer service is non-existent—wait days for zero help. Games are rigged crap that eat your money without payouts, platform lags and freezes every spin. Rewards? Pathetic trash like 5 free spins that vanish instantly—adds NOTHING useful. Boycott this thieving dump!

I can see an AWFUL lot of bad reviews about Thrill from players due to losing and having unrealistic expectations. If you can't afford to gamble you shouldn't and if you want to it needs to stay fun. It isn't a casinos fault if you do not have your own self control. Thrill is here to stay and will be one of the top casinos in the entire Crypto gambling space.
