Disappointing experience and poor customer service

We mistakenly purchased fast track tickets instead of standard admission. We realised the error within 10 minutes and called immediately, but were told nothing could be done. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no flexibility or support. A very frustrating experience - I wouldn’t recommend booking through this company.

Once you contacted us, our team responded promptly and offered the best possible resolution available within the venue’s policy.

Upon your request, we shared the admission tickets at a discounted rate and followed up with you via chat, call, and WhatsApp to ensure you had all the details. A refund was unfortunately not possible, as the tickets had already been issued and were non-refundable under the venue’s terms.

We genuinely regret that we could not meet your expectations in this instance and will continue to look for ways to improve both our flexibility and communication.

Appalling service

Appalling service! I bought 5 advanced price tickets to Puy Du Fou 4 days before going. These prices were confirmed via an email query after I paid as I was uncertain if I paid in Euros or British pounds. These prices were the same as those on the actual Puy Du Fou website (which are the same for an advanced ticket even now- no pricing update from them). I did not receive any etickets.

At 9.30, the evening before going, I received an email from Thrillark requesting extra money to cover the 'new' price as they claim Puy Du Fou had updated their pricing structure and the Thrillark website had 'sync' issues. This is wholly untrue as the Thrillark website has still not been updated to reflect these 'new' prices. Neither has the Puy Du Fou website!

It is abundantly clear to me that Thrillark did not purchase my tickets until the day before and expected me to pay the full price to cover their own mistakes. The only good thing to come from this is that I was issued a full refund for the price I paid them. I am annoyed that they did not honour the price I originally paid. Now I have to pay the full 'on- the-day' price to Puy Du Fou due to their incompetence. I regret not going direct in the first place as Thrillark did not offer any discounted price any way. Such a sham company! Save your money and go direct.

Mis selling - The tickets were sold as if they are…

The tickets were sold as if they are entry tickets to Warner bros but only after reaching there I got to know that these are not the entry tickets and just a skip the queue pass for rides inside. I had to buy tickets at the counter again. The description and the inclusions mentioned on the webpage clearly says entry to park is included but it is not. I feel cheated. Tried calling and chatting with the customer service executive but she was not ready to even register a complaint. I shared the screen shots where entry is mentioned as included. Mis selling.

Booked tickets for my Family with…

Booked tickets for my Family with premium drinks included for Burj al Arab, it was surprise for my family which i arranged , but upon arrival staff on reception informed us that your agent made wrong booking, upon contact with thrillak support they said they will follow up with them, but since 2 weeks has been passed no follow up received and have contacted with them 3 times but still no refund etc keep saying same thing that they will do somthing when they will recieve response from their supplier , they ruined our whole evening our taxi fares etc cost us on top of that
