This website is a scam. Left my teenager out of pocket and sent him downloadable files rather than the physical items he purchased. STAY AWAY!!!

This website is a scam. Ordered mats last year received an apologetic email stating due to covid delayed delivery. These people are dishonest and I would advice not to waste your money.

REALLY BAD !!! PLACED AN ORDER IN JAN 2020 ITS JAN 2021 AND STILL HAVNT GOTTEN MY ORDER!! IVE EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME!!!

I am still waiting for an order placed end January 2020. I received an apologetic email in March promising progress of my order, delayed due to technical issues. Since then nothing, emails unanswered. I am aware the US is suffering badly with Covid but would still appreciate some response so I know for sure if I can ever expect delivery. Min Sarginson.

This is a scam I ordered from this company in January 2020. I sent them an email about the product I ordered with the order number they sent me an email back claiming that they will fill the order and ship it to me. I set them several other email and have not heard from this company since. My most recent email was the beginning of September 2020 it does not take nine months to fill and ship the product that I ordered. Please do not order anything from this company save yourself the time and money that you will never get back!

This is a scam everyone. I have ordered it in January 2020, and they still haven’t send it, using the COVID-19 as an excuse. I keep trying to contact them Multiple times and nothing.

If i could rate them for 0 stars i would. they used COVID as an excuse for a few months on why my delivery was delayed, but i've heard nothing for 4 months now.

I ordered two of these lights and I have been waiting for months and also no contact number and no response through email. I want my money back I can't afford to just throw $80 down the drain! I can't believe they just going to walk away with everybody's money and pay no consequence! Very disappointing!

It’s a SCAM! I’ve also ordered a Nebulight back in January it’s already August and I’ve never received mine. Spent $45 and now my money is gone, someone needs to report this website! And the fact that IG even put it on there social media so people can purchase things on there fake website! Really screwed up! I was really looking forward for my Nebulight it looked pretty cool from the pictures they had but now I’ll never get it and experience it. Don’t EVER EVER get ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE! It’s a SCAM and they will take your money!!

I would rate zero if it was an option. I ordered three quick chop salad bowls in January. Emailed multiple times, no response. Finally filed a claim with PayPal which was promptly denied because too much time has passed. Total complete scam, and I'm out $67.

Ordered their Nebulite after seeing an Instagram ad in February 2020 (it’s July now) and contacted their support a couple of times. Cost about SEK 350. Had assumed it was due to the current COVID-19 pandemic but seems like it’s just dodgy. Will edit review if it turns up...

I am just one of many people who ordered from this company and never received the product. They took my money and have never answered any of my e mails. I dont understand why they are allowed to stay open.

I ordered from their website i found on an add on Facebook about 6 months ago. I kept checking to see if my order shipped until finally, the page wouldn't come up anymore.

I ordered a nebulite in January and I still haven’t received my order. I Paid $45.18 using PayPal and after emailing them several times. No response. They closed website and company doesn’t exist. PayPal investigate snd closed my dispute. I guess I’ll never see my money or nebulite.

We ordered facemasks from this company in February and the last email I got from them was in March blaming coronavirus-the website no longer exists -a total fraud and unforgivable that they were allowed advertise on Facebook !

Fraudulent company! Do not order from them. They took my money back in January and I have yet to receive my product. I have reported this company to the feds and I encourage all others to do the same.

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered for my daughter in January and nothing ever sent. I reached out in late February and got the same canned email response as others below. Seeing as these A-holes bragged on Facebook about making $100,000 in a day, and there are several connected businesses (in LA), I am on a mission to get my $ back and protect others. I highly recommend all of you take 10 minutes to fill out a complaint:

Ordered the spice rack back in January, was thinking i’d get it in March, it’s now middle of June. I have emailed several times with NO RESPONSE!!!
