If I can put zero stars that would be…

If I can put zero stars that would be great…
Unfortunately the minimum was 1.
I booked and pay tickets for my visit at Park Güell in Barcelona 17:00 last minute because I wasn’t sure if I can made it. I booked tickets outside the main entrance but I didn’t receive the email with the reference code to get in.
I double check my emails and I found the reservation code which I gave it to the guard at the entrance. They didn’t allowed me to get in since reservation code wasn’t from the official site and they asked for the reference no of the tickets. Finally I received the email 30-35 min later which wasn’t available to get in since the allowance for entry was till 17:30.
AVOID BOOKING TICKETS FROM THAT SITE!!!!
I email them straight to proceed with cancellation around 17:15 they responded later saying that their policy was not to refund…Crazy

SCAM WARNING: Not valid Parc Güell tickets

I ordered tickets for Parc Güell in Barcelona after searching online while at the entrance (there was a large queue to scan the official QR code). This website appeared first in Google, so I purchased 2 tickets for €25 each (the official price is €18 each, which I only found out later).

The tickets were emailed about 15 minutes later, but when I arrived at the entrance, staff told me they were not valid Parc Güell entry tickets.

I had no choice but to buy new tickets directly from the official Parc Güell website so I could enter.

I contacted ticketgotourism via email, as no phone number listed. They initially insisted the tickets were correct, then later sent replacement tickets — but by then it was too late, as I had already paid again to enter.

I am still awaiting my refund and will be disputing the payment through my bank. I will also be reporting this to Google, as this website appeared above the official site in search results.

They are not official site. They are are reseller but day official then cheers 100% is rather give them money to the Pantheon church than these theives!

Loving experience

I love the Gallery and how everything is located.
The view from the coffee bar was amazing.
Visiting on winter make it more easy because its not cue o waiting time to see nothing.

AVOID!

AVOID!

I purchased electronic tickets for a Seine river trip for the same day. When I got to the attraction I was advised by the provider that my tickets had been used. I contacted TicketGo whilst my family waited patiently. No phone, only web chat. They told me they would sort. They asked for evidence from the provider - I promptly sent a photo from their system that showed the tickets had been used before. More time passed. TicketGo insisted the provider was wrong and refused to issue new tickets. Total farce. How can the provider be wrong?! It’s their tickets, and the system clearly showed they had been redeemed. I purchased a second set of tickets directly (wish I did that originally) and reported fraud to my credit card company who gave me a full refund. I hope this company gets investigated. I suspect they are probably not committing fraud wilfully, but they are badly organised, have poor systems, and lack customer service entirely. I asked for the details of their Directors so I can complain - that chat ended and I only had an AI bot to converse with. There are plenty of other providers to buy Seine tickets from, go elsewhere!

Acquisto i biglietti per visita al Parthenone

Acquisto i biglietti per visita al Parthenone di Roma premetto che il costo del biglietto se comprato in loco € 5 . Voglio fare una visita guidata prenoto su questa piattaforma pagpo € 12 per avere una guida. Il giorno della visita non c'è modo di capire se ci sia un punto di ritrovo chiedo agli addetti del PANTHEON che mi fanno capire che in pratica ho pagato di più per nulla anche perché non c'era nessuna guida e con il biglietto che mi hanno Inviato in pratica ho pagato di più per nulla.
Invio una richiesta di spiegazioni e rimborso mi viene risposto quanto segue :

Under the clausola "Billing", it specifica:

"The price charged by pantheonrometicket.com  include  entrambi the cost of the ticket e the cost of the intermediary and reservation management service.  If a user wishes to receive an invoice with a breakdown, they can request it by email, providing the locator number  and the corrispondente billing information."

Inoltre, as dettagliato in european consumer protezione legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully o parzialmente performed, provided the consumer has given prior and esplicito consent and riconosciuto that they would lose this right once the contract is executed at the time of purchase. Inoltre, the right of withdrawal does not apply when a specific date or period for the provision of the service has been concordato upon.
