I was unable to enter the venue on the day as the weather was extreme. I have been unable to contact anyone since July 2025. I have NOT received a refund and unable to talk to anyone. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Be careful with your money!

Best way to disvover Pantheon…
Buying the tickets online was really easy. The application that provided the audio guide was also really useful. With that I could discover the Pantheon on my own pace.

The audio tour made our visit worthwhile
The Audio tour was just the thing needed for our pantheon visit . There were a couple groups within the space and any time they were learning about something they had to crowd around a specific section rather than exploring at their own pace according to what’s available at the moment, so it was really nice to be able to jump around as different pieces of interest became available. There was even background music to entertain you while you waited to start your next section . Would recommend time and time again

I ordered tickets for Montserrat then… asked to change dates and they refused
I ordered tickets for Montserrat then could not use them the next morning as I was not feeling well. I contacted them to change the tickets to Friday instead and was told there was no possibility of changing the dates once they are in the system. I disagree and will never use this service again. I will also get the money back from my credit card - I did NOT use the service, how can you charge me? Terrible customer service.
I sent them another email after their reply and was asked for a medical report. Shortly after that, my credit card company REFUNDED me. Adios TicketGo!

Best way to enjoy Pantheon
Was really easy to purchase and enter the building without waiting on long line with others without ticket. The included audio guide was helpful with understand the history and significance of Pantheon. If I hadn’t purchased ahead, the. The audio explanation onsite is €2 additional and using headsets attached to the stands. My audio guide was free with my ticket and allows me to roam around while listening to the e audio guide offline downloaded on my phone. I really enjoyed the experience.

this estonian company runs a scam! beware. and stay away.
they buy search terms on google, pretend to be a local company, and trick unwitting hurried tourists into clicking to their site mistakenly.
they pretend to be the "official" site - and charge you a markup (100% in my case) for the same ticket you could've purchased at the official site.
my case - i searched for "christ the redeemer tickets" and saw their site at the top of my search results. my mistake - i clicked on it.
official ticket for the experience was around 25$ USD. these guys charged me $45.76
and just forwarded me the email ticket from the official site (still in portugese - they didn't even bother to translate it to english)
